Episode 1
In this episode whippet collie cross Marley is wreaking havoc in his owner Charlotte's home, so Leon helps Marley with a three-step plan to help. Gavin has 10-year-old shih-tzu Henry come in with his owner Janet; Henry's fur is making Janet's home smell bad so Gavin has to try to sniff out what is causing Henry's terrible stench. And Caroline meets a duck called Charlie who has become a bit of a diva.
Episode 2
Five-year-old shih-tzu Casper's barking has become too much for his owners Mick and Angela. Can dog behaviourist Leon change this behaviour? Owner Rihanna Lewis has come to seek vet Gavin's advice about her yellow-sided conure bird Reggie, who used to be a very well behaved parrot but now his feathers seem to be ruffled. Finally, bichon frise Benji arrives at the practice with his owner Lorraine. Benji can't stop chewing his feet, causing them to turn pink! Vet Deepti is on hand to help.
Episode 3
First to arrive at the practice is Julie with her six-year-old chocolate Labrador Rolo. He's a very lovable dog but this pooch has a habit of destroying everything in his path. Dog behaviourist Leon has his work cut out to try and help Julie with her pooch's destructive ways. Next up to see vet Deepti, owner Tom brings in Chihuahua Darcy, a cute little dog with a big case of bad breath. Can Deepti get to the root cause of the pong? Last into the practice is Rosie, a one-and-a-half-year-old cockatiel, with her owner Angelica. This little bird has a big fear of hands. Angelica hopes that animal behaviourist Caroline can help Rosie overcome her phobia.
Episode 4
Three more embarrassing pets are ready to be seen by the practice experts. Kerry brings in her amorous cat Eric. Nicknamed 'Dirty Eric', this feisty feline has formed a romantic relationship with one of Kerry's teddies and Kerry is looking for help from animal behaviourist Caroline. Next in with her American bull mastiff called Bear is Kelly, who is concerned that a recent change in Bear's behaviour could be something serious, so she's brought him to see dog behaviourist Leon. Finally, Dandylion the 12-year-old tortoise is brought to the practice by her owner Kathy. Dandylion has a habit of biting toes and chasing the other pets in the family. Vet Gavin tries to get to the cause of Dandylion's anger issues.
Episode 5
First to arrive in this episode is collie Mac. With a phobia of big open spaces, this dog is definitely suffering with a case of the collywobbles and won't even get out of the car when his owner Claire takes him to the park. Next into the practice is Natalie, with her pungent pug, Carla. Carla's 'bottom burps' are so smelly that she's been banned from friends' houses. And the last case of the day is a petulant parrot called Barney. Barney's aggressive behaviour towards the family and particularly against youngest sister Summer means he is ruling this roost. Can the experts help?
Episode 6
Animal behaviourist Caroline takes on Rocco the macaw, whose temper tantrums are so extreme he's wrecking the home and biting his owner Mike. Caroline gives tips on enriching Rocco's environment but her big challenge is to nip the biting in the bud. It's dog behaviourist Leon's job to try to chill out hyper-hound Jude; the French bulldog is running rings around his owner, Leah, but Leon has a training strategy to help. And vet Gavin meets Norman the western hognose snake, who has suddenly started striking at his doting owner Chris, every time he comes close to his enclosure.
Episode 7
Vet Gavin investigates the curious case of Luna the Rottweiler, who's incontinent after long walks. The exact cause of Luna's leaking proves difficult to diagnose as Gavin takes various tests but he's determined to get to the bottom of this bizarre bed wetting. Dog behaviourist Leon helps a desperate owner stop Merlin the cockapoo from stealing her belongings and taking ownership of the TV remote. And vet Deepti meets Samus, the disgruntled guinea pig with a grudge against her owner. Deepti gives owner Rob some top tips so he can happily handle his beloved pet.
Episode 8
In this episode, it's vet Gavin's task to tame Gus, the angry alpaca with attitude. Dog behaviourist Leon meets Ozzy the pug, who goes crazy every time he's taken out in the car. Ozzy's bonkers barking is driving owner Elaine to despair and she's desperate for Leon's help. And Feebie the rabbit is a nipping nightmare every time owner Olivia picks her up. Vet Deepti investigates whether there's a medical reason for this bad behaviour.
Episode 9
In this episode, first into the practice is Alfred the basset hound, who mounts his owners' legs whenever they walk past him! Vet Deepti discusses some medical options Alfred's owner Natalie may want to consider, before animal behaviourist Caroline offers some suggestions to keep Alfred's amorous behaviour under wraps in the house. Monty the puggle is a barking nightmare whenever he goes out on walks, but dog behaviourist Leon is on hand to help him and his owner Phaedra. And finally vet Gavin meets an obese cat called Spirit. He wants to check there is nothing medically wrong before taking a look at Spirit's diet and offering some suggestions to get this feline back on the move.
Episode 10
Dog behaviourist Leon meets Dave, a two-year-old Great Dane who jumps up rather than walks, which makes it very hard to go for walks with his owner Shelly! Vet Deepti meets Freddie, an African Pygmy hedgehog whose owners, couple Ellie and Will, think he is depressed. And last into the practice are Hannah and Michael with their Pomeranian dog Teddy, who has a terrible temper and is a nightmare nipper. Animal behaviourist Caroline is on hand to try to tame this little terror.
Episode 11
Dog expert Leon gives advice to a couple whose Chihuahua constantly barks while vet Gavin deals with an African pygmy hedgehog that is plucking out its own quills.
Episode 12
Nine-month-old French bulldog Winston refuses to have his nails clipped so vet Gavin sees if he can get to the bottom of the problem.
Episode 13
Marie and her family have come to see animal behaviourist Caroline with their badly behaved macaw Bruno and a terrier is treated for a severe case of bad breath.
Episode 14
The vets deal with a beagle with a habit of stealing underwear, two cats who have gone from friends to enemies and a Jack Russell who keeps barking at his owner's best friend.
Episode 15
Rafi the Rhodesian ridgeback howls and follows his owner Elizabeth everywhere around the house. Animal behaviourist Caroline sees if she can turn him in to a happy pooch when he's left on his own.
Episode 16
Dog behaviourist Leon tries to tame two unruly puppies, while vet Gavin investigates why Sid the ferret has a bulbous belly and carries out an ultrasound to get to the bottom of it.
Episode 17
First into the practice is Yorkshire terrier Molly, who follows her owner Hayley wherever she goes. One-year-old Shaun the sheep also makes an appearance.
Episode 18
Dog behaviourist Leon offers advice to stop snappy schnauzer Dennis barking and biting, while Vet Deepti investigates the reason behind Jack Russell Poppy's weight gain.
Episode 19
A couple need help controlling their high-speed husky, a Burmese mountain dog has an ongoing problem with smelly ears and an aggressive cat has taken over its owners' home.
Episode 20
Vet Deepti tries to tame the appetite of gluttonous cockapoo Baxter, who breaks into the fridge and steals straight from the plate. Plus, border collie Poppy. whose protective instinct is becoming too much for owners Brendan and Chloe who cannot invite guests around any more without them being subjected to constant barking.
