Pilot
Sitcom about a ragtag platoon of soldiers begins with Staff Sgt. Pete Hill being reassigned to a Florida Army base to lead a band of misfits, including his two younger brothers.

Randy Get Your Gun
Derrick helps a dejected Randy develop a new mindset in order to pass his marksmanship test, while Pete and Jill set out to determine who's the better soldier by competing in a series of unorthodox challenges.

Pete's Airstream
Pete keeps to himself, at least that's what he tries to do as he reacclimates to life in the States, but keeping his distance from his brothers and the platoon proves nearly impossible.

Homecoming
Randy helps plan a deployed father's reunion with his son after Derrick promises to bring the soldier home to impress the boy's mom; at the same time, Pete and Jill put their differences aside for the common goal of beating the Marines at flag football.

Rear D Day
Pete decides to embrace his rear detachment assignment, but his new attitude is quickly challenged by the husband of a deployed soldier; Cody enlists the help of Jill in handling a personal matter.

Brothers and Sister
Jill helps Pete through a breakup after a woman he neglected to call it quits with before being deployed to Afghanistan reenters his life. Meanwhile, Derrick and Randy test the dating waters without each other as wingmen, and come to some startling revelations.

Parade Duty
Pete tries to inspire his platoon after Cody puts them on an unglamorous "parade duty" assignment, but someone is out to sabotage his efforts.

Vets
Pete, Derrick and Randy do some self-evaluating after spending time with three veterans whom they fear represent their future selves.

Paint Cart 5000 vs. The Mondo Spider
The members of Pete's platoon are tricked into being crash-test dummies for 2nd Lt. Tyson Schneeberger's experimental automobile; at the same time, Derrick is assigned what turns out to be the difficult task of taking Sgt. Maj. Cody's portrait.

Prank War
Pete's hidden weakness is revealed in the midst of a prank war with Jill's platoon. While Derrick and Randy work to help their big brother maintain his unit's respect, Cody turns being deskbound into an opportunity to dust off some old solider skills.

The General Inspection
Cody pushes Pete to maintain insanely high standards among the Rear D in anticipation of a general's visit; at the same time, Randy ends up winning Jill's respect when the two are paired together.

Army Men
Pete and Randy reignite their intense rivalry—and end up competing for Jill's affections—when they take part in Cody's Army Ranger trials. Meanwhile, Derrick tries to act more macho after meeting Erin's manly ex.

Alive Day
The Hill brothers commemorate the first anniversary of Pete almost dying in Afghanistan with an "Alive Day" celebration; and the platoon hold a ball in Major Cody's honor.
