Cornwall
A couple from Kent want to head west to Cornwall to house-hunt for a property where they can create a wellness retreat, and Jules Hudson is just the man to help them find it.
Taking a break from the search, Jules hopes to catch a glimpse of a recently released family of beavers.
North Yorkshire
Looking for inspiration in the magnificent North Yorkshire countryside, today's buyer from a town in Buckinghamshire is full of admiration for the county and the lineup of potential new homes Nicki Chapman has to show her.
Whilst there, Nicki also drops in on a painter who has almost single-handedly renovated a beautiful old farmhouse into a remarkable rural retreat for other like-minded artists.
Cumbria
Two Eurovision enthusiasts need Denise Nurse's help to find them, and their cat Larry, a new home in the Cumbrian countryside.
Away from the house hunting, Denise meets up with a young family of keen climbers and outdoor adventurers who made their own escape to this beautiful county.
North Buckinghamshire
The bluebells are out in Buckinghamshire as Briony May Williams shows some splendid countryside properties to a couple wanting to escape from the Warwickshire town of Rugby.
And if you've ever wondered what it would be like to swap city life for farm life then Briony meets a woman who has done just that.
Devon
Sonali Shah helps a young couple who are looking forward to buying their first house together in the picturesque countryside of Devon.
Sonali also takes to the water as she learns about a project that brings awareness of what lies beneath the surface of the sea along the county's stunning coastline.
Suffolk
Wanting to move closer to her family and the sea, a buyer from London needs Alistair Appleton's help to find a new home in the Suffolk countryside.
Alistair also meets a couple who, after they moved to the county, set about creating a beautiful wildflower meadow as a biodiversity hotspot that supports a wide range of flora and fauna.
North Wales
Hoping to escape to the dramatic countryside of north Wales, Jules Hudson's buyers want to find a new home with at least an acre of land where they can create a yoga and wellbeing retreat.
It's lucky Jules has a good head for heights... as he'll need it for a visit to the Menai Suspension Bridge, which is being renovated in time for the 200th anniversary of its opening.
Herefordshire
Nicki Chapman's buyers are already renting in the beautiful countryside of Herefordshire, but they need Nicki's help to find them a house of their own that comes with enough land for a holiday let.
Watch out for a surprise visit from another of the show's presenters, who also famously lives in the county.
Hampshire and Dorset Borders
Today's buyers don't mind if they find a new home in either Hampshire or Dorset, just as long as it's as close as possible to their happy place, the sea.
Denise Nurse is there to put a smile on their faces, and she also meets a Hampshire family who are living the Escape to the Country dream in an idyllic Georgian gatehouse.
Perth and Kinross Borders
Steve Brown marvels at the spectacular scenery on offer in Scotland's Perth and Kinross and beyond as he helps a couple with three children from a city in Essex find their dream home in the countryside. They need a big garden, good transport links and want to be within half an hour of a rugby club.
Norfolk and Suffolk Borders
Having almost made their escape seven years ago, today's couple want to try again, tasking Ginny Buckley to help them move from a Surrey town and out into the countryside around the Norfolk/Suffolk border.
Ginny also meets someone who has already moved to the region, turning her thatched cottage into a dreamy, picture postcard home.
Gloucestershire
Returning to the UK, after 22 years in eastern Australia, today's couple have decided they now want to make their home in the countryside of glorious Gloucestershire.
Nicki Chapman has the keys to some lovely characterful properties and also meets a couple who, quite literally, bought their dream house.
Northumberland
A newly engaged couple from Cheshire want to buy their first home together in rural Northumberland, where Jules Hudson is on hand to show them a selection of houses that matches their wish list.
A secluded location along with enough land to have a holiday let are their top priorities.
Dorset
The Lothians
Wanting to escape south London, a mother and son meet up with Sonali Shah in the Lothians, where they want to find their ideal rural retreat, complete with an art studio.
Sonali also discovers the legacy of a 19th-century, Scottish-born conservationist, known in America as the Father of the National Parks.
West Yorkshire
Emotions are running high in the West Yorkshire countryside as Nicki Chapman helps a buyer from a Hertfordshire town find a new home in the beautiful county where she grew up.
Whilst in the area, Nicki also meets a couple who made their escape from London three years ago and relocated to a gorgeous old farmhouse complete with six acres.
Herefordshire
Three dogs and their two owners want to make their dream countryside escape from the busy port city of Southampton to beautiful, rural Herefordshire, where Denise Nurse is ready and waiting with the front door keys to a selection of new homes with exceptional potential.
The Valleys
Alistair Appleton helps a couple from the South Yorkshire city of Doncaster find a new home in the wonderful Welsh valleys.
He'll need a good head for heights when he meets up with the volunteers from the local mountain rescue team.
East Devon Borders
With their children fledged, today's couple has decided to move from the busy city of Nottingham to the peace and quiet of the East Devon borders, where Jules Hudson is on hand to help them with a spot of property shopping.
Jules also pays a visit to Lyme Regis, where he discovers why and how the town is determined to turn green.
North Yorkshire
Today's couple are newly retired, newly engaged, and with the help of Briony May Williams, are now looking for a new home surrounded by North Yorkshire's spectacular countryside.
Whilst there, Briony also meets someone who has already made her escape and has turned a 20-acre field into a home for herself and her 48 alpacas.
Staffordshire and Derbyshire
With a new job about to start in Derby, today's buyers are in urgent need of Alistair Appleton's help to find them a rural property in the Derbyshire or Staffordshire countryside.
Whilst in the area, which is home to the Peak District National Park, Alistair turns his attention from property to scenery when he meets up with a group of keen countryside walkers.
Berkshire
Although they don't want to move any great distance, the beautiful Berkshire countryside will be a far cry from busy Slough, where today's young couple is moving from. With a baby on the way, they want more space than their current flat provides, and Ginny Buckley is on hand to help them find the right house for their growing family. She also discovers what some of the residents in the region are doing to combat the increasing issue of river pollution.
Northumberland
Sonali Shah is in the magnificent countryside of Northumberland, helping three generations of the same family to make an escape from Leicester and find a new rural home together.
While she's there, Sonali also meets up with an artist who takes her inspiration from the four-legged residents of the farm she escaped to.
Argyll and Bute
There's no place quite like Argyll and Bute, or so says Denise Nurse's buyer, who wants to return there from Kent.
Taking a break from the house hunting, Denise hops on a ferry to the Isle of Bute to meet an artist who takes his inspiration from the landscape and the wildlife that lives there.
The Cairngorms
Nicki Chapman is in the magnificent Cairngorms, property shopping with a couple who, after exploring the UK in their camper van for the last two years, have decided that the Scottish countryside is where they want to settle.
Nicki also visits a company making sustainable, timber frame houses from locally sourced materials, before meeting the proud owners who live in one of them.
West Sussex
After 15 years living and working in Dubai, two expats want to return home to the UK and need Sonali Shah's help to find them a new home in wonderful West Sussex. Sonali also drops in on a farm which specialises in growing a variety of sunflowers, many of which are taller than she is!
