The five-tiered chocolate fudge cake celebrates the NHS's 70th birthday with a colourful cross-section of health care services. Eloise attempts her first animal creation, with a giant dart frog cake with 42 frog cupcakes. Standing almost a foot tall and stretching an impressive two-foot-wide, the amazing creation is wrapped in 6 kilos of hand painted and glazed fondant icing.
