Sculpted from chocolate brownie cake and rice cereal and marshmallow mix, this cloud themed hanging cake has cloud and giraffe shaped cookies dangling from it - perfect for little hands to grab. Rosie's also facing a first birthday challenge as she makes a cake replica of a beloved pet to celebrate TV presenter Lorraine Kelly's dog Angus's special day. Lying on a fondant blanket, Rosie's border terrier is built from chocolate orange cake, decorated in 15 kilos of sculpted modelling chocolate and sugar paste.
