Christine Malot is called by the hospital, then announces it new that she hoped not, a suitable donor was found to perform heart transplant for his son. But when remove the organ, the police arrested the operation, the body may have been victim of a killer, an autopsy is needed to determine the exact causes of death of the little boy graft then can be performed. Falco Knight and make it to the hospital to announce the sad news to the mother. This is when it loses foot and takes hostage, a heart surgeon, Falco and Cheron that we can graft the heart of his son. Falco will have to understand the implication of Christine's eldest son in suspicious circumstances of the death of the donor while ensuring that Florian graft is successful despite the recent unfavorable events surgery.
