Road Trip
With several of his big budget clients on hold, Jeff takes on a quick design job in Arizona and brings the entire office on a road trip to tackle the task. Meanwhile, Zoila asserts her authority over the rest of the housekeeping staff.

Back Flipping
As project delays drag on, Jeff becomes increasingly frustrated. An indecisive new client adds to Jeff's aggravation, ultimately leading him to decide that he wants to sell Gramercy and go back into the flipping business where he has control over his own projects. Meanwhile, Jeff and his team introduce his new paint line to the public at Dwell on Design, a huge trade show in Los Angeles.

Due Date
As Jenni's due date arrives, Jeff becomes increasingly interested in the birthing process. He also juggles design jobs for celebrity client, actor Mark-Paul Gosselaar and the challenging Lisa G, senior executive producer of Extra.

Flipping Nashville
Just as Jeff is about to put Gramercy on the market, his client and good friend, Jeanne Shaw, asks him to fly to Nashville to help her buy a new home. Jeff leaves Megan in charge of the office, but she meets resistance from Zoila. When Jeff returns, he has a heart-to-heart with Gage about selling Gramercy.

I Want You Back
Many of Jeff's large design jobs resume while Jenni is on maternity leave, forcing Megan step in as his executive assistant. His work life is complicated by Chaz Dean's business manager, Nuria, who refuses to raise his budget while increasing his workload. When Jeff realizes that Megan's skills as an assistant are lacking, he begs Jenni to come back to work.

Out of Bounds
Upon returning to the office, Jenni finds that human resources violations and inappropriate behavior have gotten out of control. When a new intern quits after just one day of work, Jenni brings Jeff to a counseling session with Dr. Donna to get him to realize his role in the bad behavior.

No Respect
Using Dr. Donna's advice, Jenni attempts to restore order in the office by instituting a policy of mutual respect. Meanwhile, Jeff must calm George and Monika Eads who have become nervous over the escalating budget. When Jenni's efforts to deal with the human resources crisis fail, Jeff takes matters in his own hands and plans a mandatory team-building retreat in New Mexico.

Retreat
The Jeff Lewis Design team arrives at a remote facility in rural New Mexico to deal with and hopefully ease their issues with one another. As they undergo a series of therapy sessions and team building exercises, conflicts rise to an explosive confrontation between staff members.
