Jeff is back to house flipping and facing bigger challenges than ever before. After a lucrative job with a major furniture company and business with high-end clients (Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green) take an unexpected turn, Jeff Lewis and company are determined to find new clients to keep the company moving. Their own life turns into chaos, however, when Jeff moves the gang into a current flip that is still under construction!

Jeff and Gage head to the doctor's office with their surrogate, Alexandra, for the implantation of their embryos. Meanwhile, Jenni is struggling to balance the demands of being a working mother, as she is tasked with keeping one of Jeff's newest clients happy while trying to make her very first parent-teacher conference. With Jeff and Jenni away, Zoila takes over as House Manager and works to keep things clean at home.
Ready, Set, Glow
An anxious Jeff and Gage are finally told that Alexandra is pregnant! However, Jeff hits a roadblock when he struggles to keep his long-standing client and friend Chaz Dean happy. On top of this, he questions whether or not his new assistant Ashlyn wants to stay with the company. Will he have to search for a new employee amidst everything else going on?
Scope of Work
Jeff attempts to diversify his business, as he heads to San Diego to meet a new client with million dollar condos. At the same time, Jenni reveals that she and her husband have decided to try for a second baby. Problems with Jeff's contractor Frank – and his wife- arise when they push to change the way they have done business for 15 years.
Mary, Mary Quite Contrary
Jeff struggles to please his most prominent client Mary, forcing him to make a tough decision. After a bout of constant bickering, he and Gage finally find a moment to reconnect when they are able to listen to their child's heartbeat during Alexandra's first ultrasound. And amidst the chaos and construction taking place at Jeff Lewis Design, Jenni decides to film a toilet bowl commercial.
It's Not Your Fault
A man on the road to redemption looking to make up for what he lost with Living Spaces, Jeff heads to Chicago for a potential partnership with a furniture company. But stress mounts for he and his team when they realize that they have to impress the entire family behind the retailer. Meanwhile, Jenni struggles with fertility issues as Jeff and Gage embrace the excitement of their upcoming baby.
I Know What You Did Last Saturday
Back from Chicago, an increase in clients has Jeff feeling like his luck has turned around. However, he soon begins to suspect that Gage's assistant Matt might be leaving JLD, a devastating prospect. Later, the pressure of living in a house under construction finally takes its toll and threatens to ruin Jeff's longest-standing relationship.
Unagi You Didn't!
Zoila is put on a weeklong leave of absence after a series of mistakes that push Jeff to his breaking point. The explosive outburst points him to the only person he knows who can help pick up the pieces – his therapist Dr. Donna. And Jeff finally admits to just how fearful he is of the impending reality that he will have to balance his business with a new baby girl. Can he manage his new life without Zoila?
What the Duck?
Jeff's paternal – and neurotic – instincts ignite when a group of ducklings appears in his backyard overnight. He and Gage continue to butt heads, as Gage is forced to pick up the slack after Matt's resignation. As if things were not tense enough, problems persist with their Hollywood flip and their architect Jason. Meanwhile, Jenni continues on her quest to have another baby and moves from the IUI process to the IVF process.
The End Is Nigh
Desperate to make progress on construction at his house, Jeff decides to cram the entire kitchen into his office. But as heat rises and tension mounts, Jeff and Gage find themselves in a power struggle before leaving town to meet up with Alexandra. As they take the final steps in prepping for the baby's arrival, he works to wrap up as many client projects as possible. This is a bittersweet process for Jeff, as it means Zoila moves out to make room for the soon-to-be nursery.
