BBQ & Grilling
Fire up the coals and grab your aprons, we're having a cookout! Texas Grill Expert Tim Love is putting the char on a leg of lamb and grilled vegetable salad. Then we turn the tongs over to Cozy Corner BBQ's pit master, Desiree Robinson, for some Memphis ribs. Plus, we pile the plate even higher with a grill clinic for women, a tableside smoking service like you've never seen and White on Rice Bloggers Todd Porter and Diane Cu form an international coalition of the grilling in their backyard!

Dessert proves that it's cool to be a grown-up! Hedy Goldsmith of Michael's Genuine in Miami creates a Banana Split that is sophisticated, elegant ... even sexy! Meticulous dessert master Chef Iacopo Falai sculpts a semifreddo caramel. Then the Jelly Shot Test Kitchen -- yes, there is such a thing -- uses melted ice cream to make a very cool adult treat! And just in case you think we forgot how to be kids, we're having Mexican popsicles courtesy of Paletas Betty!

Yippee ki yay! Git along little Foodographists! Just mosey on up to Tom Perini's chuck wagon in Buffalo Gap, Texas for some chicken-fried steak and don't forget to grab some cheddar and black pepper biscuits, done up right in a Dutch oven! Then urban cowboy Mark Tarbell makes campfire food in his Phoenix backyard and mixologist Mike Yen makes a S'mores cocktail. Then we show you how to be a pampered camper at the luxurious Treebones Resort in Big Sur. Campfire sushi, anyone? Yes, it really exists!
Mexican
We're getting all hot and spicy with south of the border specialties! Mexican Motorcycle Mama, Silvana Salcido Esparza is making stuffed poblanos and afterwards we'll fill up at Bachman's Tacos and Grill, Dallas's gas station taqueria with some Trompo tacos! Then Mexican food expert Patricia Jinich makes some Mexican chicken with an Asian persuasion, author Fany Gerson makes some Day of the Dead bread and Chef Felipe Mendez of La Superior Restaurant brings authentic Mexican street food to the heart of hipster Brooklyn!
Bar Food
It's a Food(ography) pub crawl, and it's all about the bar food! We'll visit New York's premier and preeminent gastro pub, The Spotted Pig, to chat with hot restaurateur Ken Friedman. Then we'll visit Public House in Phoenix for some belly bacon fat heirloom popcorn, get some Indian bar snacks to go with our Tandoori Tequila cocktail at Junoon Restaurant, sip on Moonshine Margaritas and nosh on Stoner Pie at The Cove in Memphis. And if we can get off our stools we'll try some of Bam Romero's rock star beef jerky at Toby's Public House and Bar Basque's Tuna Tartare Push Pops.
Sugar
Make an appointment with your dentist now, because this show is all about your sweet tooth! Vincent Jaoura's Dessert Truck will be stopping by with some Raspberry Anise French Macaroons and we'll do some Cranberry Orange Trifle and Southern Banana Pudding Dessert Shooters at Cocoa and Fig in Minneapolis. Plus, some un-refined Cinnamon Rolls at Sweet Freedom Bakery, fair trade-sweetened Candied Serrano Peppers by Taria Camerino and Studio Feast's Mike Lee is whipping up some Sweet Corn Financier with Powdered Caramel and Passion Fruit Pop Rocks!
Las Vegas
The odds are you'll love this show, because the surest bet in Las Vegas is the food! We'll take you to the classic Strip eateries like Golden Steer and The Bootlegger for some Cherries Jubilee and Mama Mia's Lasagna. Then we'll drop in on Italian food impresario Scott Conant at DOCG and get a taste of Jose Andres' Paella Valenciana at Jaleo. And while we're on a roll, we'll ante up for the buffet brunch at Wicked Spoon and spend happy hour noshing on Ahi Tuna Nachos at T-Bones Chophouse and Lounge. Plus we venture off the strip for Spicy Thai Jack Fruit Curry, "Dirty Chips" with pulled pork and cheese and then Mo helps make a cake for a real Vegas wedding!
