Houllier reveals his management philosophy and how he went from a schoolteacher to a treble-winning manager with Liverpool football club. He also opens up about the time the game he loves almost killed him, and he was rushed to hospital at half-time during Liverpool's game vs Leeds, and underwent open heart surgery, even as his team were in action.
