Akrafena
Smiths are tasked with forging a Kukri, the signature blade of master smith and judge, Jason Knight; after two rounds of mishaps and mischief, two smiths forge ahead in the final challenge to reproduce a distinctive African sword, the Akrafena.

Talwar
Smiths are tasked with using mystery steel to forge a blade; the smiths fight to the finish amidst injuries and setbacks, but only two make it to the final round; the finalists have five days to recreate the sacred but lethal Talwar sword; enhanced.

The Cinquedea
Four bladesmiths must utilize questionable steel from mining tools to forge blades in their signature styles; ultimately, two smiths survive to forge an intricately designed and deadly Italian sword, the Cinquedea; enchanced; updated.

Zulu Iklwa; The Boar Spear Part 2
Four bladesmiths must use the steel from a suit of armor to create signature blades; after a tense round, only two move on to create a weapon historically used for both combat and hunting -- the boar spear; enhanced; updated.

The Charay
The competitors must demonstrate edged-weapon mastery when they are tasked with turning salvaged junkyard steel into weapons; two smiths forge ahead to the final round to recreate the legendary Charay sword; enhanced.

Sword Breaker Redemption
Four competitors return to the forge for a second chance; they must forge their signature blades using recycled steel from a jackhammer; then, the finalists must recreate a distinctive 16th-century blade called the Sword Breaker; enhanced; updated.

Second Chances

Champions Night
Competitors forge deadly weapons of war; in the final round, the remaining smiths forge the Japanese Katana; four smiths must combine high carbon steel and wrought iron to forge a functional weapon; the finalists must forge the Ethiopian Shotel.

Tabar
Four bladesmiths must take an ordinary garden lawnmower and use its metal to create one of their signature blades; then, two finalists must create a Tabar, a deadly battle axe from Southern Asia; enhanced.

The Moro Kris
Smiths are tasked with making serrated blades out of the tools on the table in front of them; the final two attempt to forge a Hunga Munga; the smiths must forge weapons using everyday objects; finalists have five days to forge the Moro Kris sword.

Master & Apprentice
Masters compete alongside their apprentices as they take turns on the forge floor, fusing their skills to forge a cleaver using the arduous jellyroll technique; in the final round, the smiths must forge a Congolese chopper, the Nzappa Zap; enhanced.

Redemption Night
The smiths use an age-old technique to create their signature weapons; then, four new smiths must forge a bayonet blade and engineer it to attach to a rifle; the final two are sent home to forge the legendary African blade, the Zulu Iklwa; enhanced.

Ngombe Ngulu
Bladesmiths must forge blades from a giant elevator cable; only two smiths will return home to recreate the African Ngombe Ngulu, known as the executioner's sword; enhanced.

The Shamshir
Four competing bladesmiths are tasked with forging a bowie knife that will require a d-guard in the second round; only two manage to make it through to the final round where they must recreate a deadly saber called the Shamshir; enhanced.

The Kachin Dao
Smiths must use steel from nautical equipment to forge-weld their signature blades, while being forced to do it using a metal inlay technique; then, the two finalists have just five days to forge the Kachin Dao, a deadly headhunting sword; enhanced.

The Shotel
Four bladesmiths are challenged with taking high carbon steel and wrought iron and forging a fully functional weapon; two will move on to the final round, where they will have just five days to make the Ethiopian Shotel.

Khanda
The bladesmiths must create a weapon in their signature style from a large pile of mixed metal welded together; two return home to forge the mysterious Khanda.

The Gladiators' Scissor
With a variety of steels to choose from, the smiths are forced to create a canister Damascus billet from which they must forge a dagger; only two enter the final round where they must recreate an ancient Roman weapon known as the Scissor; enhanced.

The Kampilan
Four bladesmiths head to a scrap yard to create their signature blades using harvested metal and a coal forge; in the final round, the smiths must re-create a fearsome battle weapon known as the kampilan.

The Kpinga
The bladesmiths are forced to layer a complex Damascus pattern into their signature blades; after an unforgiving round of testing, two smiths are locked in a dead heat to recreate a three-bladed African throwing knife called the Kpinga; enhanced.

Sword Breaker Redemption Night
Smiths forge blades with fire and their bare hands; finalists must create the Scottish Claymore; smiths must create signature blades using a mystery technique; two finalists must reproduce a Japanese Naginata; competitors use steel from a jackhammer.
