Giada De Laurentiis makes the top four most-requested game-day snacks and gives each one her own special spin. The menu features Sticky Baked Chicken Wings with a Korean twist, a French Lentil and Hominy Chili, Mini Twice-Baked Potatoes, and Roasted Mushroom and Kale Pizzette.
Chocolate Kisses
With a little TLC, Giada De Laurentiis shares some of her favorite chocolate Valentine's Day treats, like Brazilian-Style Truffles, Double-Chocolate Glazed Doughnuts and Red Velvet Whoopie Pies with Chocolate Cream Cheese Filling.
Hooray for Hollywood
It's a glamorous trip down memory lane and a taste of the beloved foods of Old Hollywood. Giada De Laurentiis is inspired by old menus archived at the Los Angeles Public Library and creates spins on dishes from the famous Villa Nova Restaurant, Chasen's and the Tick Tock Tea Room, with Veal Saltimbocca, Smoky Meaty Chili and Orange Sticky Buns.
Late-Night Munchies
It's midnight, you're starving and you feel like some good old-fashioned comfort food. Giada De Laurentiis raids her fridge and whips up some of her favorite late-night munchies, including Mortadella Bites, an Italian Monte Cristo, Pretzel-Crusted Chicken Fingers with Curry Ketchup and a Chocolate Cherry Ice Cream Float.
Springtime Celebrations
Giada De Laurentiis creates a springtime feast to celebrate the season with family and friends. The menu includes Herb Roasted Pork Loin with Gremolata; Grilled Potato Salad; Peas, Bacon and Prosecco; and Raspberry Clafoutis.
Starry, Starry Night
Giada De Laurentiis hosts a star-themed cocktail part. The menu includes small bites like Crispy Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Lemon Basil Crema, Crostini with Ricotta and Pink Peppercorns, and Chocolate Amaretti Cookies. The decor is star related and, of course, there's an astrologist to entertain guests.
The Steak House
Giada De Laurentiis visits the Belcampo Meat Company in L.A.'s Grand Central Market to learn about different cuts of meat. Then, Giada returns home and makes three steak dishes; Broiled Porter House with Salmoriglio, Flat Iron Steak with Piquillo Pepper Pesto, Skirt Steak with Asian Bruschetta and a steak house cocktail, the Negroni Sbagliato.
Friends for Lunch
Giada De Laurentiis's daughter, Jade, has invited some friends over for an after-school lunch, so Giada is whipping up a fun kid-friendly menu with a Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, Creamy Cucumber Salad and Fluffy Chocolate Peanut Butter Sundaes.
15-Minute Pastas
It's a busy weeknight and you want to get a great dinner on the table fast. Giada De Laurentiis shows us how to make four pasta dishes that can all be accomplished in 15 minutes: Gemelli with Kale Pesto and Olives, Penne With Corn and Spicy Sausage, Orecchiette with Broccoli, plus Pecorino and Orzo with Cherry Tomatoes, Feta and Mint.
Raffy's in the House
Aunt Raffy joins Giada De Laurentiis in the kitchen for a day of fun and laughter while her sister, Eloisa, joins them to try out their family dishes including Polpettone Two Ways, Quinoa Pilaf and Aunt Raffy's Peach and Blueberry Crisp.
Not Your Grandmother's Tea Party
A modern, laid back spin on what was once a stuffy tradition: Giada De Laurentiis hosts a tea party with a very modern spin. The menu features Tre Fagioli with Fregola, Open-Faced Tuna Tea Sandwiches with White Bean Spread, Lavender Chamomile Spritzer, and Milk and Honey Tea Cake.
Giada's Tasting Menu
Giada De Laurentiis creates a small plate tasting menu for some of her friends. The twist is that each dish on the menu contains fennel, like a Citrus Fennel Salad, Pan Roasted Salmon with Fennel Puree, Fennel Upside-Down Cake and a Fennel Martini made with Fennel Vodka.
East Meets Italy
In L.A., there are numerous Italian/Asian fusion restaurants with dishes that reflect the dynamic flavors of the east and the west. In this episode, Giada De Laurentiis explores the Japanese/Italian food culture in L.A. and makes three dishes that reflect a blend of styles and flavors like Blistered Shishito Pepper With Olive and Basil Salt, Asian Mushroom Risotto and Far East Spaghetti.

Highway Thru Hell
Highway Thru Hell focuses on a team of drivers who work for Jamie Davis, along with several other heavy recovery operations fighting to keep the roads open in some of the most dangerous working conditions ever seen on TV. The Coquihalla and nearby highways through BC's Cascade Mountains have some of the most difficult and fast changing road conditions anywhere. When it's snowing hard up top on the summit of ‘The Coq', 1200 metres below its pounding rain in The Fraser Valley. Add to that, Canada's busiest trucking route to the West Coast, Highway 1 (Trans Canada Hwy), and you have the ‘Bermuda Triangle' of trucking. Police and highway maintenance crews depend on Highway Thru Hell's heavy rescue operators to respond at a moment's notice in the worst conditions. In between the winter storms, the teams ‘off road' skills are put to the test. The rugged terrain near Hope, British Columbia dishes out some of the most unique and challenging recovery jobs over steep cliffs, down deep ravines and even in bodies of water. Highway Thru Hell is ultimately a series about man versus Mother Nature and the toughest men in the towing business being pushed to their breaking point. The stakes are high - lives, the economy and thousands of jobs depend on the highways staying open, and the last line of defense is Heavy Rescue.

Wild Cards
Wild Cards follows the unlikely duo of a gruff, sardonic cop and a spirited, clever con woman. Ellis, a demoted detective, has unfortunately spent the last year on the maritime unit, while Max has been living a transient life elaborately scamming everyone she meets. But when Max gets arrested and ends up helping Ellis solve a local crime, the two are offered the opportunity to redeem themselves, with Ellis going back to detective and Max staying out of jail. The catch? They have to work together, with each using their unique skills to solve crimes. For Ellis, that means hard-boiled shoe leather police work; for Max, it means accents, schemes and generally befriending everyone in sight, while driving Ellis absolutely nuts. Against the backdrop of beautiful Vancouver — with all its unique, charming, and even contradictory neighbourhoods and subcultures — the two will have to learn what it means to trust another person and maybe actually become partners.
