Molly Yeh is putting her own spin on some of her favorite dishes to make a fun meal for Nick and her dad. The menu includes Molly's Chicago Dog Meatloaf with Mustard Glaze, a Salt-and-Vinegar Potato Galette and Wedge Salads with Bacon and Feta Cream. She's rounding the meal out with her Dad's Favorite Coconut Cream Pie.
Make-Ahead Meals
Molly Yeh is preparing make-ahead meals in anticipation of the birth of her first child. There's a freezer-friendly version of Sweet Potato and Black Bean Burritos, Mini Spinach and Artichoke Chicken Casseroles and Potato Bagel Breakfast Sandwiches. She also teaches Nick how to make a super-quick Salmon Sheet Pan Supper with Horseradish Sauce for dinner.
Spring Feast
Molly Yeh makes a delicious farm spread to celebrate the arrival of spring with her family. She's making Homemade Herbed Pasta with Feta, Lemon and Pine Nuts, hearty Meatballs with Garlic Yogurt and Chimichurri, and Spring Apple and Fennel Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette. For dessert, they'll all enjoy Molly's Carrot Cake with Spiced Cream Cheese Frosting.
Molly's Baby Shower
It's time for Molly Yeh's baby shower and there's quite a crowd to feed! Molly keeps it simple-but-delicious with her Potato, Sausage and Broccoli Frittata and Herby Salad with Burrata. Next, there's a Baby Shower Bubbly Bar so everyone can toast with or without booze. For a sweet finish, Molly's made Mini Rosewater Trifles with Cardamom Cream and Golden Milk Lattes that double as a hostess gift.
Generational Goodies
Molly Yeh's mom comes to the farm to share a few family recipes before baby arrives. Molly makes Pastrami Eggrolls as a tribute to her mother's hometown to go with Citrus Chicken Rice Bowls and Grilled Veggies. Together, they make Chocolate Sea Salt Rugelach -- a dish Molly grew up watching her mom make.
Taco Night Twist
Molly Yeh treats her girlfriends to a taco night done Pizza Friday style! Her menu includes Taco Pizza Al Pastor with Tomatillo Salsa and Avocado Cucumber Salad served alongside Watermelon Agua Fresca. Of course, it wouldn't be taco night without tacos so she's making Chocolate-Covered Ice Cream Tacos to finish off the night.
