The series kicks off seeing Cheryl spending some quality time with her nearest and dearest; shopping with her mum and with Ashley in front row seats at Julian McDonald's show at London fashion week. Leaving the show on the way to a romantic meal the celeb couple get chased by the paps.

In part two we're on the Girls Aloud promotion trail in the build up to their 12th single being released. In Ibiza it's a whirlwind of gigs and interviews. They get to top up their tans but it's a bit difficult with the long lens of the paparazzi lurking in the trees. We're with the band at CDUK with their first ever live performance of A Whole Lotta History. Backstage in the dressing rooms Cheryl makes a hilarious faux pas with the new member of the Sugababes and they discuss getting passed over at The Brit Awards.

Cheryl takes out her frustration on the wardrobe mistress and Sarah, Kimberly and Nicola let off a bit of steam by going out clubbing. Nadine goes on a mysterious date in Sydney with "a serious Hollywood hottie".

The band's virtually unknown in the antipodes but we meet Lang and Emily, Girls Aloud aussie superfans who have spent all their savings on two tickets to Wembley.

Girls Aloud do their bit for cultural relations by jetting off to China with Ken Livingstone and The Royal Ballet; they've been chosen to be cultural ambassadors. What on earth will the Chinese make of the girls and their unique pop sound?
