Today on Good Morning Britain, Kate Garraway and Ed Balls were joined by Nottingham victim Barnaby Webber's mother Emma and brother Charlie following the prime minister's announcement of a statutory judge-led public inquiry into the case which will start in a matter of weeks.
Students Barnaby Webber and Grace O'Malley-Kumar, both 19, and 65-year-old caretaker Ian Coates were killed by Valdo Calocane before he attempted to kill three other people in a spate of attacks in the city in June 2023.
Following their tireless campaign for justice for their loved ones, Keir Stammer met with the victims' families at Downing Street yesterday to announce the introduction of the new statutory inquiry.
