The female Elite team head to Brussels to battle the best artistic gymnasts in Europe at the start of the season, but for Amelie, one of the UK's brightest young stars, things take a dramatic twist. And Nile Wilson, back from his incredible success at the Commonwealth Games, sets the first of his Gym Star Challenges.
Bouncing Back
The rhythmic team has a fight on their hands when a long-term member quits, and so the team's reserve steps in to try and save the day. For the first time ever, the Acrobatic Men's Four are invited to trials for the World Championships - but when it comes to costumes for the day, they realise their performance on the floor is not their only concern! And Olympic and Commonwealth champion Nile Wilson sets what for most is an impossible challenge.
Starting Over
Acrobatic gymnastic duo Kirsten and Finn struggle to overcome their last big fall as they prepare for the biggest season of their lives. Fresh back from her competition in Belgium, Phoebe must give up her much-loved floor routine if she has any chance of scoring highly at the British Championships... but lucky for Phoebe, her idol - Olympic gymnast Ruby Harrold - comes by to give a guiding hand.
Fear of Falling
Following some of the UK's most promising young gymnasts. It's competition time for the acrobatic gymnasts, who are all heading off to Glasgow for the Scottish Championships. The stakes are high for both the teams, as success here will put them one step closer to selection for the GB Acro World Championship squad. But with the memory of Kirsten's fall at their last big competition, will Finn and Kirsten be able to hold their nerve and perform a clean routine? And for the Acro Men's Four, will youngest member Daniel be able to shine when the spotlight is on him?
Life Changes
Welsh National Men's champion gymnast Cameron has a lot on his plate - at school he's busy preparing for his A-level final dance performance, whilst at the gym he has the biggest competition of his career fast approaching and needs to put in the hours to give him the best chance of success.
Breaking Free
Joe, Olly and Oscar are gymnasts with a difference - they don't like strict rules, competitions or trying to achieve a perfect performance, but they love a challenge, testing their limits and most of all having freestyle fun in the gym with their mates. Inspired by the gym vloggers who are fast becoming internet sensations, the boys have decided to become film producers for the day and create their own Free-G video to post online. Ten-year-old artistic gymnast Madi has many challenges to overcome as she sets off for her first British Gymnastics residential training camp - not least of all learning how to do her own pony tail! Thankfully mum gives her a quick 'hair-up' master class before she sets off, so it's just her gymnastics that she needs to focus on when she meets the national coaches.
A Star is Born
Before Abi started training at the gym she drove her family mad because she could never sit still, but her energy and physical agility has impressed her coaches and Abi is starting to live and breathe gymnastics. With her best friend and fellow team mate Sophie, the girls are putting in all the hours to train for the annual gala where they hope to wow the audience and show them what stars they really are. Back in the gym with the Acro squad, for once it's not holding a balance that's at the forefront of their minds - it's romance! Valentine fever has broken out and love is most definitely in the air...
The Last Dance
After success at the Scottish Championships, acrobatic pair Finn and Kirsten have their sights firmly set on selection for Acro World Championships, but for this they need a medal-winning routine. So coach Nikki has brought in top choreographer Andrew Griffiths - the man behind Britain's Got Talent winners, Spellbound, who hopefully holds the key to success. Meanwhile, things aren't going so well for acrobatic duo and best friends Dove and Izzy and coach Nikki thinks she knows why. It's time for a talk with the girls when they'll need to make some difficult decisions about their future partnership.

To keep competing, rhythmic gymnast Sophie has to win a place in a British squad.
Heart of a Lion
It's the English Gymnastics Championships and three of our Gym Stars are ready for the big competition! Male artistic gymnast James is feeling the nerves as he's moved up to a new level and will be one of the youngest boys in his category. He's really hoping for a clean routine, but as the competition gets underway, James starts to feel unwell. As Amelie and Phoebe take to the floor they are full of excitement as its time for Phoebe to debut her new floor routine - and see if, for once, she can score higher than best friend Amelie.
So Close...
To pursue her dream of becoming a world-class gymnast Amelie and her family have had to make loads of sacrifices - the biggest being the decision for Amelie and her mum to live away from her twin brother and dad. But Amelie has a weekend off from training and can't wait to go home and spend quality time with her mum, dad, brother and dog! Meanwhile, the Acrobatic gymnasts have a very important competition - the British Championships, where both teams will be facing tough competition and a chance to win a place at the World Championships in Belgium.
The Next Level
Abi, Gabby and Shams get a surprise visit from the most famous of Bristol Gymnasts - Claudia Fragapane! Claudia's seen all of Nile Wilson's challenges and thinks it's high time the girls set him a challenge that they are quietly confident they will win. Young artistic gymnast Chase is off to the south west competition, and even though he's stepping up a level he's not showing any signs of nerves. But acro gymnast Izzy is worried as she has been called into the hospital for a scan on her knee as her injury isn't healing and the doctors want to know what is going on.
We Can Be Heroes
Izzy is back at the hospital to get the results of her MRI scan, and is worried that her dreams of a career as an acro gymnast may be over. Back at his home, Chase is choosing photos for a school presentation - which is going to be interesting as there have been professional gymnasts in his family for three generations. Chase is determined to follow in the family tradition and is trying to mirror the achievements of his idol Max Whitlock, Olympic champion. The presentation works out so well that Chase and his dad decide to send the presentation to Max, and are thrilled when they get a reply - and a very special invite!
Proving It
Teams are announced for the Acro World championships and Oscar performs in a concert.
Making the Grade
Rhythmic gymnast Sophie wants to compete at this year's British Championships, but to qualify for the competition she has to pass a very difficult technical test, and coach Sarah has some concerns. Male Elites, James and Ekraj are also aiming for the British Champs and their coach Karen has called in a surprise mentor to help them nail some tricky new skills. The special guest is also Nile Wilson's Commonwealth Champion teammate and he's determined to give the boys a bit of a boost and make sure they beat Nile this time when they take on in his speed challenge.
Stepping Up
Zoe has to up her skills to compete at senior level, Ekraj has to make a tough decision.
Best in Britain
It's the biggest event in the elite gymnasts' calendar - the British Championships. But Cameron's had a busier year than usual as he's had to revise for his A-levels while maintaining an intensive gymnastics training programme. It's time to find out if he's done enough to keep him in with a chance of a medal against some very strong competition. Meanwhile, Amelie is determined to show she's learnt from her fall back in Belgium. She is set to wow the crowd and see if she can do even better than the all-around silver medal she won last year. It's Phoebe's second only time at the British Championships, but she's also looking strong and rising to the challenge - and hoping for a place on the podium.
Future Champions
It's the final day of the British Championships and time for Zoe to compete for the first time as a senior - which means she'll be up against the very best of the British champion gymnasts including Amy Tinkler and Charlie Fellows, in front of an audience of over 15,000 people! Will she be able to hold her own and keep her nerves under control? Meanwhile Ekraj's getting a last minute pep talk from Cameron to prepare him for his competition, but before he even takes to the floor, his nerves are beginning to take hold and he has a tricky start.

Wild Cards
Wild Cards follows the unlikely duo of a gruff, sardonic cop and a spirited, clever con woman. Ellis, a demoted detective, has unfortunately spent the last year on the maritime unit, while Max has been living a transient life elaborately scamming everyone she meets.
