In Devon, at the Welcome Family Holiday Park, staff are faced with an unusual challenge. Two families from the Midlands have joined forces to take them on in a game of softball. Head of Security Heather is made captain, despite her lack of knowledge of the rules, and things soon get feisty when the teams meet on the Park's sport's ground.
In Somerset, at Holiday Resort Unity, the maintenance team are facing one of their most challenging days as everything that can go wrong, is going wrong. Can Paul and Josh get things fixed in time?
In Cornwall, at Tencreek Holiday Park, the housekeeping team are sweltering during one of the busiest check-in days of the summer. Can Jodie and Clare get all the caravans ready in time?
In Somerset, at Holiday Resort Unity, Head of Entertainment Chunkie Russell is gearing up for the grand finale of his summer season. He's booked a Madonna tribute act to wow the guests, but unfortunately there's a problem with her costume. And then a technical issue with the microphone threatens to cut off the sound, leaving Chunkie's big plans for a summer send-off in real danger.
