Meeting fashion models, pop singers and health experts, Hayley reveals what's driving this obsession and the extreme lengths to which some people will go to reach a certain size. So, she investigates the psychology behind why we show off our skin and meets an online group fighting the idea that a woman's fashion choices condones inappropriate behaviour and sexual assault. She also interviews young women and men who flash the flesh - from models and bar girls to web cammers and strippers - and discovers that, when it comes to daring to bare, it's definitely different for girls.

Hayley Pearce is no stranger to tattoos - she's had two and is now considering a third. And she's not alone: one in three young adults in the UK now have some form of body art. In an effort to understand what impact big ink might have on her life, Hayley gets under the skin of the current tattoo culture and meets the men and women who have gone under the needle to get inked. From high-end body art and tattoo addiction to tattoo fails, she explores whether they are just a harmless form of self-expression or if they can have a negative impact on people's lives. Armed with the answers, will Hayley go ahead and have a big new tatt?
