West Country and Wales
This time he heads to the West Country and Wales, where he discovers feasts in a garden shed, a staff canteen, and a Victorian walled kitchen garden. Helping Michel on his adventure is chef Freddy Bird, who travels to London to meet a couple who want to turn a barge into a fine dining fish restaurant. There's also a highly celebrated crab shack on the Isles of Scilly.

The South East
Michel travels around the South East and uncovers great food at a concrete military fort at sea; a restaurant made of scaffolding and plastic sheeting; and a homeware shop with a secret bistro. And chef Freddy Bird finds a mini restaurant in the back of an old Citroen van.
