Na Moon-young, the woman who has everything: work and love. One day, her husband, Cha Sung-jae, who went to work as usual, disappears. Suspicious people are looking for him. As the truth surrounding her husband is revealed one by one, Moon-young is caught off guard. Everyone who believed in it is doubtful.
Did You Kill Him?
The threat to repay the money embezzled by her husband goes awry, and Do Jin-woo, a convicted murderer, hovers around Moon-young. Moon-young is convinced that there is a conspiracy that she doesn't know about, but everyone around her advises her to cover up the incident for the sake of her husband's honor and her daughter.
Where's the Blackmail?
Moon-young hears that her husband is not only alive, but that he also shot her. Confused, Moon-young hears from Jin-woo the story of Hwang Tae-soo, a homeless man who met her husband the day before he disappeared, and sets out to find his whereabouts.

Sung-jae says he didn't kill anyone. The moment the truth is revealed, and the whole family is in danger of collapse, Moon-young finally decides to protect her husband. She rather sues Ma-kang, demanding 7 billion won in exchange for her dead vocal cords.

Once again, the grueling blackmail against the family begins, and Moon-young takes on an illegal defense. As she steels herself in front of her family's heartbreaking reunion, a surprising truth is revealed.

Moon-young breaks down in front of the evidence sent by Yeon-joo, and to make everything right, she arrests Sung-jae with her own hands. Meanwhile, another secret that will stab Moon-young is revealed.
Only One Person to Stop Them
Moon-young's world has collapsed. Sung-jae and Yeon-joo reveal their hidden true colors. Moon-young discovers that there is a bigger plot behind their evil deeds, and she and Jin-woo prepare a shot to turn things around.
Why I'm Punishing You?
Sung-jae and Yeon-joo are able to easily escape Moon-young's trap after enjoying their victory for a while. Moon-young senses that there was some sort of deal with the embezzlement victim. Meanwhile, a murder case occurs at Yeon-joo's house, and Moon-young falls into panic the moment she sees the suspect.
Maybe It's Not All You Know
The deceased Seok-jin appears as a murder suspect after 25 years, and Yeon-joo summons Moon-young's sealed past. In a desperate crisis that no matter what you can do, the trial date approaches, and Moon-young finds herself at a crossroads.
I Shouldn't Have Touched It
Moon-young chose to attack head on. But Ha Yeon-joo has no intention of stopping here. Ha Yeon-joo is even more furious at Moon-young's choice, and sets her sights on Cha Bom, the last and most precious being to Moon-young.
Now Let's Turn the Tables
Moon-young has no hesitation anymore. Moon-young chases after Sung-jae and Yeon-joo as she begins to find herself on the defensive. Jin-woo, Shin-hwa and Inspector Baek become Moon-young's reliable helpers. However, Yeon-joo's counterattack was not over.

Yeon-joo and Sung-jae board a smuggling ship. Moon-young and Jin-woo chase after them. Unlike Moon-young, who tries to put an end to the evil relationship, Yeon-joo crosses the line and provokes. Moon-young, who believes that she cannot continue to be the same monster, makes her own choice for the last time.
