Flipping Frustrations
Heather and Nathan's new project in Winnipeg is a true eyesore packed with so much stuff, they can't even get through the front door. When they finally enter the house, they're met with an unexpected visitor and barely any space to move. The siblings bicker about everything from colour palette to layout. On their newest flip, Heather and Nathan are dealing with a hoard of astronomic proportions. After clearing all the clutter and starting the demo, they find surprise after surprise from uneven floors to a missing garage wall to a troublesome roof that turns into a bigger problem than they guessed. With all these rising costs Heather might need to temper her creative impulses to keep the budget in check and make sure they make money on this flip.

Ryan and Kiki have spent all their available cash on this new flip. It's the most they've ever spent on a residential property and it's a stress test from the start! As the local real estate market takes a nose-dive, they have to make their reno period shorter and shorter to be able to turn this property around before they see their profits go down the drain.
