A conflicted Hanssen worries that the upcoming court case will cause more harm than good. Does his abuser still hold power over him? Dom's mum Carole is admitted with a burnt arm, but is she hiding a more serious ailment? Kylie blurts out Ange's secret to Josh, and Max tries to rally the troops after the disastrous CQC findings. To add to her woes, Sahira's son turns up drunk, wounded and hiding a dark secret.

Holby's new director of improvement is furious when Hanssen attempts to block their plans for AAU. Evie finds herself facing an impossible decision, and time is running out for Chloe to find a suitable candidate for Eli's medical trial.

Evie struggles to cope as she is drawn deeper into Jeni's world. Dom has doubts about mum Carole joining Darwin's stent trial, and Kylie must overcome her issues with new nurse Mel for the sake of a desperate young patient.

Assisting in Eli's experimental stent trial proves to be the hardest professional challenge of Chloe's life. Can she overcome her fears? Donna's teenage daughter Mia arrives drunk on the Holby doorstep after a party with Jeni's dodgy clients, and as Carole's dementia worsens, Jeong helps Dominic take her on an imaginary trip to the seaside.

Hanssen trawls hospital CCTV for a potential threat. As Carole's dementia worsens, taking part in the experimental stent trial becomes increasingly risky. Aleysa, another of Jeni's girls, is admitted with a suspicious cut on her arm. 

Eli's experimental stent trail looks like it will be over before it's begun when his patient takes a turn for the worse. Ange prepares for the life-saving transfusion on her unborn baby, and Lucky uncovers the dark truth behind Jeni's activities, but at what price?

Hanssen finds himself in a perilous situation. Will he be rescued in time? Kylie and Dom suspect an elderly patient may be in peril, and Louis fears for Kylie.

As Jeni starts making plans to send Evie away, will Fletch and Donna find out the dark truth about what she did to their daughters before it's too late?

Fletch confronts Jeni about what she did to Evie. With their latest round of IVF treatment scheduled for today, Amelia springs an awkward surprise on Eli. With Josh pushing himself at work and to be the perfect dad and partner to Ange, an unplanned visit from his mum Elaine leaves her worrying that he might be falling into old habits. What is Josh hiding?

Donna allows her personal life to affect her work and neglects Lucky. Jac and Josh try to win Holby a place on a cutting-edge therapy study. Kylie discovers that Louis and Mel are still together.

When Lucky wakes from surgery, Max has to deliver some life-changing news. Josh tries to cope with the pressures of fatherhood and work, and Henrik is shocked when a familiar face returns to Holby.

Russ learns the truth about Ollie's relationship with Maisie, while Max and Dom disagree over his diagnosis of a black female patient. Now that Ange knows the truth about Josh's bulimia, will their relationship survive?

Eli struggles to focus on the ward as he worries about Amelia's health. Russ tries to convince Hanssen that he is not irresponsible. Will Josh keep his word and attend therapy for his eating disorder?

Dom remains in denial about Carole's ailing health, Eli and Amelia face a difficult choice, and Ollie is eager to return to work, but Hanssen has doubts.

A young cancer patient returns to go under the knife on AAU, Amelia struggles to cope with yet another devastating setback, and Kylie makes a mortifying Secret Santa faux pas.

Facing a visit from the regulatory body, Jac hopes a complex operation will show Holby at its best. During a surprise inspection, a patient comes into AAU with a suspicious motorbike injury. And can Hanssen and Russ persuade a reluctant patient to accept a lifesaving liver transplant?

Dom returns from compassionate leave, but Sacha is concerned he isn't ready. Jac may be prioritising Holby over her own health - is Fletch's faith in her misplaced?

Eli is compromised ethically when Jac implores him to perform risky surgery on her. Fletch finds himself seriously considering Regina's job offer.

As Fletch's faith in Holby is dented, a job offer from St James' becomes increasingly appealing. Hanssen discovers Billie's secret and is reluctant to keep it from her father. Nicky reaches breaking point with Juliet, but is turning to Amelia for support the answer?

Jac pushes Nicky to overcome her demons and become the doctor she knows she can be. But just how far is Nicky willing to go? Donna feels dejected when she repeatedly goes above and beyond but gets no recognition from anyone. Regina makes Madge a lucrative job offer - if she reports back on Jac's plans.

Jac's ambitious plans for the hospital are pushing her staff near a breaking point. Donna struggles to balance it all. Will Madge keep her promise to spy for Regina?

Josh is tested when a familiar face is admitted to AAU. Max has her principles pushed to the limit. Eli wrestles with his conscience as Amelia presses him about Juliet's future.

Nicky must find the strength to be a mother to Juliet or give away her baby for good. As the hospital is forced to lock down, Hanssen has to help deliver Billie's baby. As AAU handles the Darwin overflow, Ange notices Madge behaving suspiciously.

Kylie believes Madge is the victim of domestic abuse, Dom receives a lucrative offer from a private hospital, and Russ needs to proritise being a father to Billie.

It's the moment of truth: will Holby finally get itself out of special measures? Meanwhile, Regina puts more pressure on Madge to betray Jac and the hospital.

Fletch makes a last-ditch attempt to find a surgeon to save Jac's life. Kylie tries to persuade Jac to visit Madge at home to find out what is behind her betrayal of Holby.

The team operate on Jac to try to save her life, Josh's relationship with Claudia resurfaces, and Lexy receives good news about a new kidney.

As the reverberations of Jac's surgery impact around Darwin and beyond, will life on Wyvern Wing ever be the same again? A wounded Dom feels more left out than ever after learning Josh and Ange have closed him out of their family crises. Donna and Hanssen rally around Lexy after bad news, but she's determined to seize the day.
