A peanut rolling contest interferes with Jill's plans to spend an evening alone with Tim; Brad anticipates his first kiss.

Jill grounds Brad after she finds out that he hid a dissected frog in cafeteria food at school. Brad then gets into more trouble which causes father/son problems.

Jill catches Tim eyeing another woman's shape on a episode of 'Tool Time' when he asks her to watch the episode. Things go downhill from there as Tim tries his best to avoid situations where he appears to be checking women out.

Tim pulls a groin muscle helping Jill and then he tries to keep it a secret from her.

Tim invites the guys over to help him install an engine, but Jill turns the afternoon into a barbecue party.

Brad discovers he has problems with his girlfriend when she brings a date to Tim and Jill's Halloween Party, Tim carves a pumpkin with explosives on 'Tool Time'.

Tim moves in with Al for a bit in order to avoid catching Mark's chicken pox when the Andretti brothers visit the show.

Jill finds a job with a Detroit magazine; Mr. Binford's daughter becomes Tim's new 'Tool TIme' producer.

Jill want's Tim to start working on their will again and Tim haves problems with doing it because of losses in his past.

Tim and Jill are caught in the middle when Dave begins to date one of Jill's friends and another woman at the same time.

Jill's growing resonsibilities at the magazine force Tim to take charge of the the chores at home that she normally does.

Brad and Randy encounter problems when they collect money for a Christmas charity; the Manhattan Transfer quartet appears on 'Tool Time'.

Tim talks Jill into letting him power up her closet; Brad decides that he is much too grown up to be hugged anymore by his parents.

Tim confronts Jill about her individual checking account; Brad becomes careless when he baby sits Jennifer's goldfish.

Tim gets the cold shoulder from Jill and her mother Nana when Nana visits and he tries to mediate a dispute between them.

Tim gets into trouble with Jill when he runs into his high school ex-girlfriend, who insists on meeting his wife.

Tim and the boys spend their extra time in the garage trying to come up with a mothers day present for Jill.

Tim gets so wrapped up with tinkering on the Hot Rod, that Jill takes home repair matters into her own hands.
