This time the diet crashers are Amber and Roisin, with just ten days to slim down for Amber's graduation day. Amber tries the mono meal diet while Roisin is on the Dukan diet of lean protein, oat bran and water. The shapeshifters are Gerry and Leighton, on six week diet plans for Leighton's wedding, with Gerry testing the abs diet and Leighton the South Beach. The life changers are Janet and Carol, with four months to test out the DNA diet and the apples and pears weight loss regime. There's also a look at vitamin drips and placenta pills.
