Mr Augustus P Tobey,The Building Manager comes to the girls penthouse and tells them he wants the rent.They have 24 hours to pay the rent or they are out.The Girls hock the 17 century chair and get the money from Mr Simmons who tells them they have 30 days to pay for the chair or the chair will be sold at auction.30 days goes by and they forgot.They go to the auction and try and bid for the chair.At The Auction For The Chair,Greta Meets Mr Frank Jamison,a wealthy millionaire who Loves her and wants to marry her.Only problem is Mr Jamison's Lawyer Mr Whitcomb convinces Greta Mr Jamison is still in Love with Elsie Kranz the girl in Chicago Mr Jamison was dating and was going to marry until he met Greta.Mr Jamison marries Elsie Kranz.
