Alan and Jonathan also have a race involving a cow and milk float, and perform a special dance to the Dolly Parton classic 9 to 5.

There are surprises and touching moments for audience members as this feel-good series sprinkles reasons to be cheerful into the working week. Along the way, we find out about the bizarre, funny and moving ways audience members would spend their year of freedom if they won the best prize on television.
