Heráclito finds Tequida and confronts him. José María manages to escape even though he is wounded. Casilda collapses in the palace after an overdose.

Leopoldo finds a wounded José María and helps him. Lola is desperate when she can't find him. Ana is devastated by Heráclito's death but hides it.

Ana doubts that Juniors can replace Heráclito. Cabello provokes Benavides. Lola sees José María looking in the drawer where she hides Yalda's USB.

While Juniors states his conditions, Sol warns Felipe that he is becoming redundant. José María sends Cisneros a painting allegedly signed by Luis.

Cisneros discovers who sent the painting signed by Luis. Casilda tells Benavides about José María's chat with Ignacio. Sol grows closer to Sánchez.

Peregrino earns Benavides's trusts by telling him what happened with the survey. Cabello doesn't believe José María's optimism about his future.

Claudia distrusts Lola. In the midst of a scandal, Benavides rejects Claudia, and Lola questions José María about his odd relationship with Cabello.

Cisneros tells Liborio to find out who is behind the messages. Leopoldo discovers that José María is still seeing Lola and looks for evidence.

Lola is careful when Amanda gets close to discovering her. Casilda finds out Ferreira's true feelings. Estela reads Cisneros's tarot cards.

Benavides pressures Cisneros to meet "Jack". Meanwhile, Amanda and Ferreira argue and the lobbyist becomes too talkative. Ana orders her arrest.

Lola leaves clues to point Ana towards Yalda's mother's whereabouts. Sol and Sánchez Trejo are photographed having sex in public.

When Sol and Felipe's compromising photo is published in a magazine, Ana takes charge of the matter. Cisneros grows closer to Valery.

Benavides doesn't give Felipe a chance to declare his love. Meanwhile, Casilda goes out with Julián and ends the night at his apartment, satisfied.

Lola is warned by Casilda. Cisneros visits Valery and begs her not to forget him. José María discovers the cameras and microphones.

Cisneros scares Valery by saying that Ana could go to jail. Sol vents to Lola. Ledesma's article is published and Benavides calls for a counterattack.

Lola gives Sol some advice. Later, Felipe wants to push back the wedding and invites Sol to Morocco. Ana makes Lola watch Chema and Irene have sex.

Casilda shows Ana a compromising photo of Cabello. Sol asks Cisneros for help. Lola plays the martyr by watching Chema's marital life.

Cisneros tells Sol how to make Bernardo fall but warns that Mirtha might fall with him. Lola finds out that José María knows they're being watched.

Mirtha asks Sol if she was involved in Bernardo's arrest and threatens her, but she is far from changing her mind. Benavides accepts a deal.

Irene finds the burgundy briefcase that her cousin gave Benavides in Ferreira's blog photos and Leopoldo orders José María to locate it immediately.

Cisneros authorizes Lola to track Ana's movements to test her loyalty. Meanwhile, Ana assures the cousin that Benavides won't regret the deal.

Lola is alarmed after seeing Irene incriminate her in the video. José María makes sure Ana no longer trusts Lola and might not go back to the palace.

José María finds out he wasn't notified about a meeting with Benavides and asks Leopoldo for help. He also decides to end his engagement with Irene.

Lola is thrilled to hear that José María ended things with Irene. However, the situation gets complicated and a confrontation takes place.

José María's shot doesn't wound anyone. Later, Ana realizes that they took the minutes; Leopoldo and José María are ready to put the pieces together.

Ana tells Benavides that they should report the missing minutes but he still hopes to get them back. Lola uses José María's exhaustion to investigate.

Ana lies to Juniors about the minutes but then regrets it. Benavides assures her that they'll get them back soon and discredits Leopoldo.

Lola finds Chema's cell phone and reads a mysterious message. She decides to follow him and when they arrive at the destination, she is flabbergasted.

Ana suggests that Ortega and Lola meet at a hotel since sex is a must in their plan. Claudia wants to help Benavides with his campaign.

Ana tells Lola that she upheld her end of the deal and now, she is one of the reinas. It will surely cause a huge media scandal.

Ana gives Lola an official welcome. Later, Lola is horrified by what is at her door. Cisneros is attacked and it is all caught on security cameras.

Cisneros gets a beating and Ana thinks it's because of Sol and Felipe but Cisneros finds out that Ricky is behind it. Ortega harasses Lola.

Ricky tells Benavides and Claudia that Cisneros tried to rape his girlfriend, Ana's sister. Meanwhile, Ortega takes Lola to a hotel.

Benavides orders Cisneros to annihilate the company's competition. Ana, by his side, has already begun to act.

Cisneros threatens Ana with documents that show her to be a Preciado but she won't back down. Casilda makes a confession at the girls' meeting.

Ana becomes upset with Sol, who in turn gets angry at Casilda for her confession. Casilda's father visits and Ana makes an indecent proposal to Lola.

Chema tells Lola that Ferreira was named director of Cabello Media. Later, Leo gives him bad advice. Sol seduces Casilda's father.

Casilda's father doesn't fall under Sol's spell. Casilda tells Sol that Ana has no idea what she's capable of when someone messes with her clan.

Casilda's father caves to Sol's charms and she tells him that no one has ever made her feel that way. Later, Ana tells Casilda that her father signed.

Sol hides out in Lola's apartment. When they go to Casilda's to get Sol's things, they see her in Chema's arms. Valery and Ricky make love.

Chema asks Lola not to get the wrong idea. Sol warns him to be careful with Casilda. Valery could be very ill.

Tenoch convinces Ricky to take Valery to a clinic. Later, she confides in Ana. Lola and Chema use their bodies to say what words cannot.

Juniors and Ana tell Valery how she got HIV. She is distressed and cuts herself off from the world. Benavides shows Felipe a compromising photo.

Mayorga won't accept blackmail. Ana argues with Benavides and Cisneros about whether to use the picture and the collateral damage it might cause.

Chema and Leo know that the accident is related to the Preciados and Hidroamericana. Cisneros tells Benavides that his enemy is close to home.

Lola saves Valery's life and finds out about her illness. Casilda's addiction starts to become a problem. Lola sees a photo of Felipe kissing Mayorga.

Once he is on the team, Cisneros thinks he has neutralized Laura's threat. Later, Laura asks Sol to be on her campaign team.

Felipe no longer believes in Benavides's project. Sol asks Lola if Ana told her to call Ferreira. Meanwhile, Benavides prepares for the debate.

Benavides doesn't want to go to the debate when he finds out about the document Laura might submit. Ana and Cisneros plan to kidnap Peregrino.

Gabriel kidnaps Casilda and Peregrino. Benavides gives a press conference and blames the Preciados. Meanwhile, Ana negotiates with Gabriel.

Chema and Leopoldo confirm that Benavides is behind the kidnapping. Chema wants to rescue Casilda, but Leo gets her to rethink her actions.

Benavides is happy about Laura del Moral's withdrawal and prepares to give a speech at Casilda's funeral. However, he is in for a surprise from Lola.

Lola finds out that Chema is a policeman and promises to keep his secret. Benavides finds out that Casilda is alive and grants him her freedom.

The goal is to find Chema before the information gets out but everyone has their own interests. Sol is fed up with the media in her private life.

The search for Chema continues along with the desire to get rid of him. Lola knows that this hunt only increases her risk of being discovered.

Ana won't stop harassing Lola about Chema. An attack on Benavides's reputation goes viral and Benavides finally realizes that Ana betrayed him.

After showing Lola the cadaver, Ana tells Benavides about Chema's death and the case reaches the media. A distraught Lola knows her days are numbered.

Lola tells Casilda the truth and with Ferreira, they plan to destroy Benavides. Sol confronts Felipe and Ana about the baby they're expecting.

Lola, Casilda and Ferreira have the information ready to be distributed from the campaign headquarters and the palace.

Benavides gives Peregrino an exclusive on Juniors's capture and murder. Ana, aware the decision will cost her, decides to confide in Valery.

The cost of betrayal comes in the form of a court order against Cisneros. Benavides is still in the race and Ana fears the saying "an eye for an eye."

The season finale has a passionate denouement and Benavides and Ana try to determine the country's future.
