Season 4
The gripping and emotional series returns for a brand new series. Crews from West Midlands Ambulance Service face more heart-pounding action and medical emergencies – as well as lighter moments - as they tackle over 4,000 calls each day. Cameras mounted on crew members and throughout their ambulances capture every moment of what goes on behind closed doors.

Episode 1
Paramedic, Tina Spittle, and technician, Donna Parcell are called to a taxi that has flipped over after being hit from behind on the M6 motorway. Driver Ali managed to get out, but his two passengers are still stuck inside. Meanwhile, paramedics Gaz Clarke and Lee Timbrell help 25-year-old Emma who has suspected sepsis, which is one of the UK's biggest killers. And paramedics Ollie Raven and V Hodgkins treat 74-year-old John who has critically low blood pressure. John has a series of health problems, but he's had a sudden deterioration. Ollie and V call for backup to get him out of his house and to hospital.

Gaz has some words of wisdom for a worried mum whose toddler has a febrile convulsion.

Episode 3
A young man has a seizure and a police officer is involved in a car accident.

Episode 4
A young motorcyclist needs urgent treatment and a baby's high heart rate is causing concern.

Episode 5
Reality series following West Midlands paramedics. They treat a man whose flat was filled with toxic smoke and an 8-year-old girl whose heart rate has become erratic.

Episode 6
Paramedics help a patient found wearing hospital pyjamas in the street, and a man has potentially life-threatening breathing difficulties.

Episode 7
A woman has the worst nose bleed the ambulance crew have ever seen, and both a mum and her son need treatment.

Episode 8
Paramedics have to act fast when they attend a patient bleeding heavily from his arm, and a 30-year-old mum has suspected sepsis.

Episode 9
Hannah and Aaron are called to a woman with excruciating stomach pain that needs urgent treatment, while another woman has a suspected stroke.

Episode 10
Crews race to a serious motorway accident. A young woman is showing signs of sepsis.
