The store has a low customer satisfaction rating, so manager Mij is on a mission to retrain and re-invigorate his young team in preparation for the big pumpkin push. Meanwhile, Laura and Donna from the communications team head to Romania for the filming of Sainsbury's Dickensian-themed Christmas advert. How will it stand up against the commercials produced by their rivals?
