Gypsy Eyes (2)
After having the plane they stole shot out from under them, Harm and Mac continue the search for Harm's father.
Embassy
Harm and Mac attend a reception at the Sudanese embassy, where the guard force appears to take over, but Harm and Mac find that the takeover is a scam. Harm puts the word out to the world. A lethal virus turns up, but everything works out.
Innocence
A Japanese man accuses a US Naval officer of raping his teenage daughter. Harm, Mac, and Bud investigate; a rear admiral applies political pressure. The Japanese conduct a trial, which goes poorly until a witness eventually steps forward.
Going After Francesca
Harm, Mac, and Bud have gone to Italy for a trial, and the admiral has gone there for an inspection and a visit with his daughter, who becomes abducted. The admiral suspects an involvement with stolen missiles. The JAG team sorts it out.
The Martin Baker Fan Club
A former Naval aviator jumps to his death from a high window. Roscoe Martin, a fellow mental patient and a character from a previous episode, faces a charge of second-degree murder. Harm defends him in a court and welcomes him to his home.
Act of Terror
Terrorists in the Persian Gulf attack a US Naval warship, killing five sailors. Upon the arrival of one prisoner in the USA, a Marine on a guard detail shoots him. Mac and Bud prosecute for murder, and Harm defends. Surprises abound.
Angels 30
Two F-14 Tomcats encounter two MiGs in a no-fly zone above Iraq, and one of the Tomcats goes down in action; nobody dies. Harm and Mac investigate. The pilot of the surviving Tomcat misses a shot, saying that "a voice" told him not to fire.
Mr. Rabb Goes to Washington
A TV-news network airs a report alleging that a Marine team has used sarin gas to assassinate three renegade US civilians working at a plant producing chemical WMDs for Saddam Hussein. Harm advises Rep. Bobbi Latham and her House inquiry.
People v. Mac
Mac and a former CO, mentor, and lover go on trial for conspiracy and the murder of her long-estranged husband. Cdr. Ted Lindsey prosecutes, Harm defends Mac, and Mic and Bud defend Mac. Harm and Mic clash over defense strategy.
The Black Jet
LCdr. Jack Keeter, a friend of Harm, has unexpectedly landed a stealth spy aircraft in Iran; the Iranian government has announced its intent to prosecute him for espionage. Harm, Mac, and Mic go to Iran, investigate, and intercede.
Jaggle Bells
Chaos rules at the JAG headquarters on Christmas Eve due to a disabling snowstorm, the arrival of a young girl, the admiral's wish to get a substitute flight to Italy, the arrest of a Navy shrink for DUI, and gifts for needy children.
Dungaree Justice (1)
Three men sailors waylay a bar owner, and one of them beats him, supposedly in revenge for the rape of a fourth sailor, a woman, who accompanied them on a previous visit. Harm and Mac prosecute, and Mic and Bud defend. Harm figures it out.
War Stories (2)
The officer in charge of a SEAL team faces charges when a rescue mission fails to save NATO observers from Serbian extremists.
Webb of Lies
Webb makes an urgent call to Harm at home one night, then his cellphone dies. The next morning the admiral announces the discovery of Webb's body after an explosion the night before. Surprises abound. Harm seeks and finds explanations.
Rivers' Run
In the Appalachian Mountains the OiC of a SEAL team takes and returns fire and kills a 14-year-old boy. The OiC goes back and investigates, but the locals try him for murder in a "people's court"; Harm and Mac follow and defend him.
Silent Service
A US submarine experiences a series of mishaps and illnesses. Harm and Mac investigate while at sea; they suspect that someone aboard has induced the problems. Harm figures it out, and the bad guy tries but fails to put them out of his way.
Nobody's Child
A five-year-old abused girl dies during a field trip to a Naval museum in Washington, DC. Harm, taking a strong personal interest, investigates. He and LCdr. Coulter find many answers plus the victim's twin sister. Bud passes the bar exam.
Shakedown
Bud takes an oath as a member of the JAG Corps. Aboard an aircraft carrier a series of major engineering casualties severely interfere with flight operations. Harm and Mac investigate, and they figure it out, then Harm takes a ride.
The Adversaries
Bud receives a promotion from lieutenant (junior grade) to full lieutenant; then Bud Sr. enters in uniform, announces that the Navy has recalled him to active duty to try him at a court-martial (for larceny and wrongful disposition of government property), and he asks Bud to defend him. Harm prosecutes, Bud defends, and Bud Sr. assaults and batters a government witness. Bud proves to be a vigorous and aggressive adversary at trial. Bud and Harriet throw a wetdown party at Murphy's Tavern.
Second Sight
After a call from a priest, Mac sees her dying estranged father and her estranged mother as well. Mac feels and expresses much anger and frustration, yet she reaches some resolution with each of them. Harm gets laser surgery on his eyes.
Wilderness of Mirrors
The admiral gets help from the gang to prepare him to argue a case before the Supreme Court of the US, but the case suddenly becomes moot. Meanwhile Clark Palmer plays head games with Harm, involving LCdr. Jordi Parker as well; Harm wins.
Soul Searching
Terrorists in Italy have kidnapped a CIA agent, who is important to both Webb and the admiral; Webb has begun efforts to rescue him, and he draws in the admiral. The two go to Italy and ply their craft. It's new-car time in Washington.
Yeah Baby
Harm requests a change back to a Naval aviator. Chloe makes pithy comments about boys and relationships. Bud prosecutes a Marine staff sergeant about her pregnancy. Two women give birth. Harm and Mac exchange contingent promises.
Goodbyes
Harm works with NCIS to track down Annie's killer. He then receives new orders to resume his career as a naval aviator and he leaves JAG.
