Pasta, Sausage Bake, Cherry Chard Rice

Presenter Jamie Oliver demonstrates stress-free recipes, cooking up four more ridiculously useful and outrageously tasty dishes. He starts with his hot smoked salmon pasta - an exciting, time-saving supper for two, followed by spiced, whole roast cauliflower packed with Middle Eastern flavours. Next up, the enterprising chef rustles up a sausage and apple bake - a family favourite in the making - and to finish off, prepares cherry chard rice - so quick and pretty, he regards it as a `total joy" of a dish.
