The group is rescued by helicopter but its teacher begins to act strangely and two of the children are missing. The group decides to escape from the authorities and discover what has happened to their friends.

The group become jealous of Stanich and resolve to find out what happened to David and Sarah.

Episode 3
When wreckage and camping equipment is discovered, Simon feels that there must be a rational explanation for the group's alien encounter.

Episode 4
The group are trying to understand the significance of their clues, but soon feel that they are going round in circles. Shona is suspicious that their discoveries have been too convenient.
The group discover that they are not the only ones to have had a spooky experience on the Paramundi Ridge.

Episode 5
Trapped under Ed's house, the group are saved by a call from Stanich to the agents. Harry is susicious that there is a traitor in the midst of the group, and when Chrissie infiltrates a local military camp she discovers chilling new information. The group decide that the twins hold the key to what happened on the ridge and they set off to meet the spooky duo at the coast.

Episode 6
A freak accident threatens the survival of the group, and the traitor is unmasked.

Episode 7
Simon is lost, trapped in a freight car then bitten by a poisonous spider.

Episode 8
Simon begins to feel the effect of the spider bite.

Episode 9
The group on the houseboat are confused. Vic takes Simon to a doctor. The Twins reveal a mysterious alien artefact. And Harry decides to take matters into his own hands.

Episode 10
In a vision, Sarah tells Shonah that she and David will be found at the glass mountains.

Episode 11
Lucy persuades the group to go to Moongoolba Hospital to rescue Gerry.

Episode 12
The group are stranded in the desert.

Episode 13
Trapped by a rock fall, the group must escape in time to encounter the aliens during an eclipse.
