Steve Harvey serves as the judge, jury and star. With the help of Nancy, Steve's trusted bailiff by trade, Steve plays by his own rules and must rule on various cases in his courtroom based on some good old common sense. In the first case, neighbors and former friends sue each other for the cost of repairs after allegedly damaging a fence during a holiday party. In the second case, sisters argue after one demands that the other owes her money, claiming she used the money donated to pay for their brother's funeral expenses on herself instead. In the third case, another pair of siblings clash when a sister sues her younger brother, a carpenter, for unfinished work for which she already paid.
Stuck on Stupid
A woman accuses her boyfriend of breaking his promise to marry her; a woman sues a raffle prize organizer for costs she was forced to pay during a supposed all-expense-paid trip; a man alleges that his friend sabotaged a date with his girlfriend.
Ok Mr. Hightower!
A man sues his brother about a destroyed camper; a woman sues a close friend over a number of financial loans that have not been repaid; a father attempts to collect rent from his son who has moved back home and is acting like a child.
Problem with Panda
In the first case, best friends go head-to-head when one sues the other for damage caused by a pet cat. In the second case, a man attempts to collect back rent and household bills from his girlfriend. In the third case, a woman is suing her photographer for photographs that were never received.
Let's Not Drag Me Into This
In the first case, parents sue their son for home property damage while shooting social media videos. In the second case, two drag queens face off when one alleges that the other never returned dresses that were loaned to her, causing emotional distress. In the third case, a husband sues his wife of 41 years for the value of his treasured sports jersey that he says his wife intentionally destroyed.

In the third case, a mother and daughter go head-to-head when the daughter wants her mom to pay her back for a cosmetic procedure that her mom claims was a gift.
A Sprinkle of Shady
In the first case, friends argue over alleged stolen property that ended up broken. In the second case, a wrestler is suing a wrestling promoter, claiming he was never paid his appearance fees. In the third case, a business relationship goes south when one claims the other owes money in services rendered from a photo shoot.
You Cause the Wreck, You Cut the Check
In the first case, friends battle it out when one sues the other for medical bills that were amassed due to injuries from a scooter accident. In the second case, good friends clash when one sues the other for payback of a loan provided for liposuction surgery. In the third case, a husband and wife sue each other over her cooking skills or lack thereof.
No Pics, No Proof
In the first case, childhood best friends argue over one not honoring to fulfill their end of a lost bet made over the Super Bowl. In the second case, a woman demands her friend pay up for money she claims she loaned her to purchase a car and find a new place to live, and instead was used to go party in Las Vegas. In the third case, a man sues his cousin for baby shower gifts that were taken without his knowledge and claimed as her own.
I've Learned Absolutely Nothing
In the first case, friends go at each other when one sues the other for money borrowed, plus interest on the loan. In the second case, a new bride claims one of her bridesmaids owes her money after dropping out of the wedding at the last minute. In the third case, a woman sues her brother claiming he owes her money for lost bets over a series of billiard games and hopes that Judge Steve will see things her way.
What The Hell is Going On?
In the first case, business partners are at odds when one sues the other for reimbursement of money owed for a parking pass that the other claims she doesn't owe because the pass was never used. In the second case, a son is livid after finding out that his mother threw out his collector item and is now suing her for the replacement value. In the third case, former friends and co-workers butt heads when one sues the other for hotel reimbursement fees and emotional distress when the other decided to cancel the trip last minute.
Sister From Another Mister
In the first case, best friends go head-to-head in the courtroom when one claims the other owes money for expenses paid while they were out performing on tour. In the second case, a woman sues her former best friend for damaging her scalp and causing hair loss after using a bad product. In the third case, a mother and daughter battle it out over their family business, where one sues the other for lost wages while the other countersues for lost profits, on the season finale.
