A side story OVA of the TV anime series with the same title. Both of these OAD episodes focus on different part of the story and different protagonists.

Uchi ga Kita Machi episode focuses on Haruto and his childhood friends and tells the story of how they came together, and also the temporary rift that got created when Haruto decided to go to Tokyo in pursuit of his love, Yuzuki Eba.

Yakusoku no Basho de episode focuses on Yuzuki and her step-sister Rin, and takes place several years in the future after the TV series.

Yuzuki is working as a school teacher, and finds herself giving advice to a student of hers who is in a similar relationship that Yuzuki herself was back in her student days.
