Michael Fuchs is fired after his employee Ricarda Limmer accuses him of sexual harassment in order to get his job. To get revenge, Michael writes up a list of women he is going to murder, and then starts killing.

The Horrible Truth
During a robbery of a jewelry store one waitress is killed and another wounded.

A Priest in Danger
Medical vans are being raided and the drivers killed all over Vienna. Alex and Rex trace the goods as far as Hungary, where they disappear without a trace. Jiri Borowjez takes one of the vans to Austria, but when he discovers the dead body, he wants out.

The Loser
Alex, Böck and Rex decide to treat themselves to a balloon ride over Vienna. While floating over the city, they witness a bank robbery and the subsequent murder of a passerby who tries to stop one of the robbers from getting away.

Treacherous Love
When a married man is found murdered, they find that he was having an affair with a married woman. The autopsy reveals some interesting information on case.

Rex's Revenge
A body is found in a park which appears to have been mauled to death by a dog. Dr Graf however confuses the situation when he tells Alex that the autopsy reveals that the death was caused by a wolf, which has been extinct for over 200 years.

Blind Rage
When Thomas Reich is found murdered, suspicion falls on his girlfriend Sandra Haller who is from a wealthy family.

Poison Gas
Edi Salzer, a homeless man, is found murdered. In order to solve the case Alex and Rex go undercover to mingle with the homeless. The autopsy reveals that Edi was killed by nerve gas and time is running out for them to solve the case.

Deadly Secrets
Sybille is reported missing by her friend and medical student Peter. When Alex and Rex investigate they find that Sybille has been murdered and there is more than one person who they believe may have caused her death.

The Will
Tanja Kause has just inherited a painting, what she doesn't know is that a will is hidden behind the frame. When Franz Zehrer is murdered can Alex and Rex get to the bottom of the mystery of old Mr Stift before more people are killed?

Killer Toys
A model toy of a helicopter kills a successful author in his own apartment. Rex and Alex turn to the publishing company thinking it may have been a publicity stunt gone wrong. But there are more toys ready to kill.

The Hunt
Maria Stein is murdered after a robbery takes place at the supermarket where she works. Alex and Rex find that there have been a string of robberies over the past few months.

Sisi
Empress Elizabeth, Sisi, is the person who a young woman likes to dress up as. When Franz, her driver, attacks her, she accidentally kills him she flees leaving behind a necklace which Rex later finds.

The series deals with a variety of controversial topics, including abortion, gun control, physical disabilities, racism, sexism, religion, the Israeli/Palestinian situation, terrorism, transsexuality, slavery, incest, sexual harassment in education, the homeless, statutory rape, drug addiction, pedophilia, child abuse, mental illness, gay rights and dumpster babies.
