When the recruits have to throw themselves from a height of 14 metres, several are paralyzed by fear. The colonel reveals who deserves to go on as aspirants.

Without knowing how long they will be gone, the aspirants are sent into the forest. There they quickly learn that a camp is not necessarily used for sleeping.

After a night of little sleep, it turns out that cooperation and communication are still difficult for the squad. And for many it will be an emotional day.

Without food, the aspirants are sent out on a long winter exercise. Along the way, they are faced with the most demanding and terrifying exercise in Kompani Lauritzen's history.

The aspirants continue Exercise Istapp, where they have to drag lead-heavy sleds up an almost 800 meter high mountain. But not everyone is able to contribute equally, and that goes beyond the morale of parts of the group.
Militært forhold
After great stress during exercise Istapp, the aspirants will receive new feedback from commanders. While some even want to retire, others are considering sending the commander home.
