Ukyo Tatsuya, who left behind the unprecedented record of ten consecutive wins in the underground fighting circuit called Dragon Heat, headed to Las Vegas by himself to banish his sorrow over the deaths of his older sister and good friend, and made his debut in boxing. Returning to Tokyo for the first time in over a year for his pro debut in Japan, Tatsuya heads to Kamuro-cho where he was born and raised, but what awaits him is the underground fighting gang ‘Ashura' which acts as if Kamuro-cho is their turf. Tatsuya meets the youngsters of Dragon Heat who are fighting back, and the nurse Aya and his destiny changes dramatically once again.
