Rosie has really cleaned up her act and Tim is convinced she'll soon have the girls back for good. Sarah is thrilled to discover that she is pregnant and shares the happy new with everyone at the clinic. Tim is approached by Robert Brooks, whose mother Mrs. Brooks keeps talking to her dead husband. She is aware that he is dead but she is still convinced that she can see him and talk to him. Mrs. Brooks also suffers headaches and Tim takes some tests. All of a sudden, Sarah suffers from stomach cramps and she is rushed to the hospital, where she is put under the care of Dr. Weiss.
