The FBI investigation into McCullough & Associates has completely shut down Lacey's firm and assets. Lacey's convicted felon mother Tony remains in prison.

Smoke and Mirrors
Chelsea tells Lacey she's secured the meeting with her father, Gov. Barclay, who is the only one who can pardon Tony, but it will cost her. Lacey and Gideon meet to strategize about her defense.

Hedge of Protection
With Governor Barclay now at her mercy, things start to turn around for Lacey. Britney meets with Alphonso in jail, offers to represent him pro-bono. Judge Sears vents at Peter Corbin's lack of results around Lacey.

Train Up a Child
Agent Diggs meets with Lacey's enemies, to persuade them to work with the FBI and to testify against Lacey. Big D watches the Governor's insincere speech with contempt as he 'recycles the same bullshit he said 20 years ago.'

Seize Your Crown
Rev. McCullough welcomes back Tony as the First Lady of Holy Spirit church. Meanwhile, during his draft workout for the LA Cheetahs, Frank Marzili advises Savoy not to sign with Daniel McCullough.

Overdue Diligence
With the newly acquired security footage from Randall's home, Judge Reinhart grants Lacey and Randall a new trial. Capt. Warren Sloan congratulates Senator James Barclay on winning his special election.

A Blessing and a Curse
Tony escorts Britney into the Warehouse for the first time. Randall and Daniel hold a press conference to announce their new venture. Sasha and Sloan enjoy their first real date as a couple. Lacey and Mark discuss all the issues in their marriage.

Through the Valley
Judge Sharon Floyd and Big D broker a truce between Judge Sears and Tony. Randall offers to take Daniel under his wing and teach him. Chelsea confronts her father Sen. Barclay about Samantha. Lacey confronts Tony about Tony's new protégé Britney.
