Six teams of LEGO builders face off in their first challenge, to build their own big budget movie set. But only one team will take home the Power Brick.
Machines
Teams of two are asked to build an extraordinary LEGO creation based on both Machine and Animal.
Episode 3
Teams are asked to build a 3D piece of Art that must sit inside a picture frame, the team with the least successful build goes home.
Episode 4
High stakes as teams are asked to create a build based around a popular Celebration. The winning team gets an advantage for the next build.
Episode 5
This new challenge will test the contestants' creative skills as they're asked to build off nothing but a reflection. One team will be eliminated.
Episode 6
The four remaining teams face a new challenge - Demolition House. Their builds will be tested for 'smashiness' when a wrecking ball is hurled headfirst into their builds.
Episode 7
This connected challenge tests the technical expertise of our LEGO Masters teams. They must design and build a section of a fun chain reaction using a rolling ball.
Episode 8
The LEGO Masters NZ semi-final sees 3 teams competing for the remaining 2 places in the Grand Final. Teams must create a build based of a well-known New Zealand storybook.
Grand Final
The Grand Final sees three teams building their LEGO Masterpiece. They have 24 hours to prove themselves the best builders in Aotearoa and take home the LEGO Masters NZ Trophy.
