Quiet Q.T. and Queen Bee are ready to race! It's a slow day at the House of Surprises Diner, when Speedster stops by. She's just finished 2nd at the Glitter Grand Prix race, now the crew has their own dreams of racing, especially Quiet Q.T. and Queen Bee! When it's time for Speedster to leave, the excited Tots stow away in her car, because they want to race too! Speedster has a better idea, the Tots can use their feet instead of pedals and race around the block! Who will be crowned the winner? Will it be Quiet Q.T. or Queen Bee?
