A Year of Separation
The season premiere finds Theresa adjusting as she and Larry get closer to divorce. A skeptic turns when his dad is channeled. We meet Theresa's mother for the first time and the family thinks Larry Jr will pop the question at a party for his girlfriend.
Readings and Renovations
Theresa unexpectedly reads one of the construction workers in her home. In a group reading, she changes the mind of a skeptic who lost his son in a car accident; and later, with Larry living in Los Angeles, Theresa makes an effort to spend time with her family.
An Accident on Tour
Theresa is sidelined after an accident severely injures her, but that doesn't stop her from conducting readings at her doctor's office and right after surgery; now housebound, she has to open her home for group readings for the first time in years.
Weight-shaming Victoria
Theresa sees a doctor about ongoing health issues. Victoria is harassed online for gaining weight. A mom seeks closure from the death of her 11-year-old daughter in a car accident.
The Reunion
Theresa and Larry see each other for the first time in a year. A woman connects with her mom who choked to death. Then, a woman is reunited with her fiance who shot himself during an internet video chat with her. Theresa does a house cleansing.

It's an all-surprise, all-Knock & Shock special! Theresa surprises unsuspecting people at a hotel and a dentist's office. Later Theresa surprises the kidney donor who saved her friend's life after seeing the show last year.
