Tom Kerridge's weight loss and fitness challenge begins. Tom and his volunteers are introduced to the diet and exercise programme they need to follow for the next two months.
Episode 2
The gang are back home, getting to grips with their new lifestyles. Tom provides familiar and comforting recipes to enjoy, then borrows a bike for a cycle ride with Dan and Alex.
Episode 3
The gang are short on time for cooking and exercise so Tom offers solutions to keep them on track, including quick and delicious recipes and some top tips for planning ahead.
Episode 4
Old habits die hard, and after a strong first couple of weeks the temptation of sweet treats and booze is threatening to undo progress. Tom wants to nip temptation in the bud and has invented some recipes that look and taste like treats but are lower in calories.
Episode 5
After four weeks, the gang are more adventurous and confident with their cooking and exercise. Now, Tom needs to prepare them for life after the challenge when he won't be around.
Episode 6
In the final week of the challenge, Tom and his gang discover how much weight they have lost and how much fitter they are, and they enjoy a celebration picnic by the river.

The Repair Shop is an antidote to our throwaway culture and shines a light on the wonderful treasures to be found in homes across the country.
Jeopardy!
Jeopardy! is a classic game show -- with a twist. The answers are given first, and the contestants supply the questions. Three contestants, including the previous show's champion, compete in six categories and in three rounds (with each round's "answers" being worth more prize money).
Swamp People
The Swamp People featured in this History series are the proud descendants of French Canadian refugees who settled in the swamp region of Louisiana in the 18th century. Cameras follow members of this fiercely independent group as they struggle to preserve their way of life in the Atchafalaya Basin during the most important time of the year for them: alligator-hunting season.
