Neighborhood Necessities

Fourteen years ago, this house was in the right place at the right time for Mary and Chris. But after becoming a family of four, there are space issues. Not only is the family feeling the pinch of their cramped quarters, practiaclly everyone in the neighborhood does, too. Their family home has become one big block party and they love it. But while Chris and Mary are hanging on to the sentiment of their home, they also recognize the problems that make this place so problematic. They've had it with small spaces, narrow pathways and multipurpose places. Arriving in the nick of time are Hilary and David. Hilary's team will renovate the home and David will show the couple houses that better fit their needs. In the end, they'll have to decide: will they love their home again or will they list it?
