Leonardo is ready to create his greatest masterpiece, the Armonia Del Mondo, and uses a futuristic device whose function is to entrap all the Italians inside the Sogno Italiano with plans to replicate his consciousness inside the mind of every Italian in the country.

Using Leonardo's machine, Lupin goes inside Rebecca's mind and works to defeat Leonardo.
