Charlie Holmes is a discreet and shy policewoman who still lives with her grandfather. She is the descendant of the legendary Sherlock Holmes. One day, when she was hit by a car, something clicked. The cold Charlie, cut off from her emotions, is now overflowing with energy. She decides to stop her treatment to no longer be a robot. She hides it from her grandfather who advises her to continue for her own good. The police station in which she works is on a case of missing children. At the same time, we put a trainee forensic doctor Samy Vatel in his hands.

Charlie, who has now joined the crisis team following her insight into the kidnapping case, is on another disappearance. This time, it's the father of a famous influencer who alerts them. His daughter vanished into thin air. He has good reason to think of a kidnapping. Charlie and Samy decide to take him home to see the young woman's room. On site, the investigator discovers that certain objects appearing in the young woman's selfies have also mysteriously disappeared. She decides to find out more and asks her assistant.

Charlie receives a call from a childhood friend Nicolas. He is in shock, he has just seen a car accident in which he was involved. The other car caught fire, one of the passengers died. As luck would have it, the victim turns out to be Anthony, his brother-in-law. Nicolas' sister, who suffers from a heart condition, becomes unwell during the interrogation. By looking around for Nicolas, Charlie discovers that he is being harassed by his previous conquest. She also takes the opportunity to confront Papou after finding out the identity of her father.

During one of their visits, to the prestigious house of Sherlock Holmes, Charlie discovers at the bottom of a trunk, scared to death, Tracy, the daughter of a famous actress. She tells her that she is being threatened with death by an anonymous person. She has already lost a sister, who died at 18 under mysterious circumstances.

Jiyoung, a talented young ice maker master, is found lifeless, frozen, in the freezer of the factory where she worked. If her professional demands had not only brought her friends and could suggest revenge, Charlie will discover that the young woman voluntarily entered the freezer... But why?

Charlie's grandfather George is in a coma after an attempted murder. The police station mobilizes to find the culprit, while Charlie is excluded from the investigation. But Charlie is determined to shed light on the matter, behind the backs of the brigade, always with the help of Samy. But she quickly discovers that everything incriminates her...
