Eight couples arrive in Mexico's tropical paradise and are put 'on a break' and start dating other people, which immediately causes friction. Matty struggles to be separated from Jess, Beth brings David to tears, Nikita thinks it's all over, and Elle and Andy also hit rock bottom.

Episode 2
Eight couples receive expert advice, sex therapy and date other people to decide whether their partner is 'the one'. David and Beth receive some helpful sex therapy, Elle continues to struggle with cheating boyfriend Andy sharing a room with another girl, and Stephen's secret is exposed.

Episode 3
David has one-on-one sex therapy, Nikita shares Stephen's dirty secret, Elle realises that it's not only cheating Andy who has to change.

Episode 4
Holly and Karl learn something in sex therapy, Stephen upsets Abbi with yet another confession, Jess is brought to tears as the girls rate the boys from best to worst, while Elle is reduced to tears by Andy yet again.

Episode 5
The latest challenge causes shockwaves as the new couples get physical. After fleeing sex therapy in tears, Karl's moves with Abbi send Holly over the edge, and Elle and Andy make the ultimate decision.

Episode 6
Stephen dishes out some home truths to Elle, Karl is left dumbstruck as Holly receives a visitor from home and Andy faces up to his darker issues.

Episode 7
Things get personal in Paradise. Matty tells Andy exactly what he thinks of him, and Karl makes a potentially catastrophic relationship blunder.

After yet another blunder, Karl tries to explain his actions but Holly's had enough.

Pressure builds in Paradise as the remaining couples come ever closer to making the ultimate decision - is their relationship a Make or a Break?
