A bomber tries to take out a fading movie star, who hires Interdict to find the would-be killer.

Mannix and Intertect try to clear an innocent man, but the police and the real killer have other ideas.

Wickersham is acting erratically because of medication, complicating Mannnix's investigation into the death of an Intertect security chief.

Still under the effects of the medication, Wikersham fires Mannix from Intertect, complicating Mannix's investigation of the Intertect head of security.

A mystery writer finds his suicide note... that he didn't write. He hires Interdict, who send Mannix, but the writer wants to help solve the case.
