Sensational Jordan
Jordan was born missing part of her left arm, but that hasn't stopped her from doing everything she's always wanted… just a little bit differently. Inspired by her limb difference, she has spent the last several years honing her skills as a designer, and an inventor. She has hosted a TED talk and her inventions have been included in notable museum exhibits. A tireless champion for inclusion in the design community, Jordan travels the country to host STEM workshops for kids. At 13, she and her mom run "Born Just Right" workshops, offering opportunities for kids to design inventions that consider all kinds of bodies and abilities. She is sharing her unique perspective on industrial design, giving the next generation the tools to build a more accessible world, and inspiring us all. Jordan is already a hero and now, in recognition of her effort and dedication, Marvel is making her a Super Hero, immortalized in her very own comic book. Jordan doesn't know it yet, but she's about to be initiated into an elite group of extraordinary kids, when she joins Marvel's Hero Project.

As The New York Times noted on the occasion of the show's Emmy-winning 25th Anniversary special in 1999, "in defiance of both time and show business convention, 'SNL' is still the most pervasive influence on the art of comedy in contemporary culture." At the close of the century, "Saturday Night Live" placed seventh on Entertainment Weekly's list of the Top 100 Entertainers of the past fifty years.
