Matt travels across the Atlantic to experience rural USA. Starting in Florida, he visits a cattle farmer with a passion for keeping traditions alive by hand cutting sugar cane to boil into syrup, using vintage machinery and discovering the tradition of cowboy poetry. He then travels to the Florida Keys at the southern tip of the state and heads out to help with the largest coral reef restoration effort in the world before exploring the everglades.
Episode 2
Matt delves deeper into the rural side of Florida life and discovers it is the birthplace of the US cowboy. He visits a citrus farm in Polk County to discover how tangerines are grown and harvested before helping to sort and size them in the pack house. On his journey to Homestead, Matt meets a legendary fruit farmer who explains that Florida also produces a large variety of fruit including the rare guanabana. Matt then heads to Texas to visit the Caprock Canyons State Park.
Episode 3
In Texas, Matt experiences the world's oldest rodeo, witnesses a historic cattle drive and visits a firm who've been kitting out cowboys, presidents and rock stars with boots and hats for 100 years.
Episode 4
In the Mojave Desert, Matt lends a hand at the Joshua Tree National Park and helps rangers close an old gold mine, before exploring the Blythe Intaglios in the Colorado Desert.
Episode 5
Matt encounters elephant seals on California's Pacific coast and desert bighorn sheep in the Santa Rosa mountains, visits a real-life wild-west town, and meets a champion surfing dog.
Episode 6
On the Californian coast, Matt visits the USA's only ocean-based abalone farm and lends a hand on the last family dairy farm on this coast producing the area's famous Monterey Jack cheese.

In each episode of Guy's Grocery Games, four talented chefs compete in a number of challenges as they navigate their way through the aisles of a grocery store, adhering to "real-world" obstacles. Whether it is shopping on a budget, substituting out-of-stock ingredients or grabbing groceries at closing time, each chef has to shop, prepare, and plate three different dishes using whatever they can pull off the shelves. Ultimately, the food does the talking, as one-by-one the losing chefs "check out," by a rotating panel of judges that includes Melissa d'Arabian, Richard Blais, G. Garvin, Troy Johnson, Catherine McCord, Aarti Sequeira, among others. The last chef standing goes on a shopping spree of a lifetime worth up to $20,000!

60 Minutes has been on the air since 1968, beginning on a Tuesday, but spending most of its time on Sundays, where it remains today. This popular news magazine provides both hard hitting investigations, interviews and features, along with people in the news and current events. 60 Minutes has set unprecedented records in the Nielsen's ratings with a number 1 rating, five times, making it among the most successful TV programs in all of television history. This series has won more Emmy awards than any other news program and in 2003, Don Hewitt, the creator (back in 1968), was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Emmy, along with the 60 Minute correspondents. Added to the 11 Peabody awards, this phenomenally long-lived series has collected 78 awards up to the 2005 season and remains among the viewers top choice for news magazine features.
Penn & Teller: Fool Us
Penn & Teller: Fool Us is a British-American television show. Hosted by Jonathan Ross its first two seasons and Alyson Hannigan starting its third, Fool Us was filmed at Fountain Studios in London, England (Seasons 1) and the Rio All-Suites Hotel in Las Vegas (Season 2 onward). Fool Us is a magic competition in which magicians perform tricks in front of American magician-comedian duo Penn & Teller. If Penn & Teller cannot figure out how a trick was done, the magician or magicians who performed it win a five-star trip to Las Vegas to perform as the opening act in Penn & Teller's world-famous show, also at the Rio Hotel & Casino.

Saturday Night Live is an Emmy Award-winning late-night comedy showcase.
Since its inception in 1975, "SNL" has launched the careers of many of the brightest comedy performers of their generation. As The New York Times noted on the occasion of the show's Emmy-winning 25th Anniversary special in 1999, "in defiance of both time and show business convention, 'SNL' is still the most pervasive influence on the art of comedy in contemporary culture." At the close of the century, "Saturday Night Live" placed seventh on Entertainment Weekly's list of the Top 100 Entertainers of the past fifty years.

Last Chance Kitchen takes Top Chef and strips it down. Ousted chefs from Top Chef compete head to head for the chance to, not only redeem themselves, but to possibly return to Top Chef, and win. In each episode, two or more chefs are pitted against each other in a single challenge, with judgment placed solely on Tom Collicchio.
